What we look for in an application
While reviewing applications, the team likes to see individuality. We know you have unique traits, but make sure they're reflected within your application! The most successful applicants are those that present their passion and determination for the role, and those who show their skills throughout their application.

Be honest in your application
Our team can tell when you write what we want to hear, as many applicants do it. We want to see an accurate representation of yourself, not the perfect human being. When applicants mention their weaknesses, it's great! We like to see people being open to their blemishes, as it shows the applicant is upfront, and not afraid to accept constructive criticism.

Application presentation
Making sure your application is presented well is crucial. If you lay out your application in a scruffy manor, it makes us think you don't care, or you just can't be bothered!

Don't use an excessive amount of bold text in your answers. (making the question Bold is suggested).
Try to stick to one colour text. (Black text is preferred).
Attempt to avoid the use of emotes, as it may show the viewer a sense of immaturity or lack of professionalism.
Check over your application when you think you're done. Grammar and spelling mistakes are easily missed when writing your application. Also, make sure your sentenced actually make sense!

Requirements for Helper
You must be 14 years old.
You must be able to record.
You must have a minimum of 3 hours playtime on the server.
You must speak fluent English.
You must have Discord.

Basic information
What is your MC user name?
What are your previous MC user names?
How old are you? (14+)
Discord ID?
Are you able to record evidence? whether that be via a screenshot or recording software:
Are you bilingual? If so, what other languages do you speak other than English?

In depth questions
What is your weekly schedule? How much time can you contribute to the server?
Have you ever been punished on the server? If so, please give details.
What are your hobbies outside of MC and gaming?
What are your most prominent character traits?
Have you had any leadership roles outside of the MC community? Please give sufficient detail.
What makes you different from other applicants? What would consider your strengths and weaknesses?
What makes you a valuable asset to Demrie?
Do you have any experience with server moderation? If so, please give sufficient detail.

Scenarios
You punish a well respected member of the community, so their friends start spamming you via discord, what is your next step?
You receive multiple messages at once. Someone is hacking. Someone is spamming me. Someone is being stupid in the discord server. What do you do?
What would you do if you saw another staff member abusing their power? Explain how you would respond both immediately and after the situation had ended.
