Dry Bowser In A Note Letter Message

"Time to look at the mail..." Dry Bowser stated as he opened the mailbox at the base of the volcanic race course that was the Grumble Volcano, glancing through it. "Junk, tax, bills... look at all this garbage." He then placed them in the trash can nearby as he yawned and stretched his bony arms. "How about I get a letter that's actually interesting?"

Suddenly, a gust of wind managed to cause the bony reptile to break into a pile of bones, much to his annoyance. Dry Bowser then found a letter blowing to his direction, with it going right in his face as he got a good look at what the new message had to say.

"Dear pesky plumbers... the Koopalings and I-" Dry Bowser began as he stopped, groaning. "You got to be kidding me. It's a letter for Fat Mario."

Returning himself to his regular form, Dry Bowser proceeded to tear apart the letter, rolling his eyes as he prepared to head into his base within the volcano, only to go through a warp portal that suddenly appeared under his skeletal feet, causing him to land in a giant pile of mail as he was now in a strange wonderland of letters, messages, and notes.

"The hell?" Dry Bowser exclaimed in surprise as he took a good look around, slapping his forehead. "Oh you have got to be kidding me. What kind of practical joke is this?"

Laughter was heard as more messages fell on top of Dry Bowser, causing the bonehead to be forever swamped in letters and notes. He decided to solve this after somehow reaching the bottom, by using his fire power and electricity to burn and zap his way to a portal that led him... to another note infested, letter populated, message dwelling hellhole.
