- THIS. THIS is the bar that all future cartoon shows should strive to meet.
- Perfect combination of comedy + action, every episode (except those 2 episodes which were weird non-canon compilation packs) were both interesting and engaging. Even the first episode, which among cartoons is a rarity, since more often then not the first impression is usually "it has potential" more then "holy fuck this show is so fucking good.
- None of the characters felt forced to act a certain way just to drive a plot along, and while I would have loved for the show to last another season or two (which apparently was the original plan) I'd rather it end in style rather then going through slow decay into garbage (Which unfortunately My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is going through heavily right now =( ) or worse, a fast trip to shitstown because the execs forced a complete writer shift just to keep a series going (Spongebob).
- Basically, my point is:
- Watch this show, now. Just, please, do it before you die.
- When I have kids and want to show them my favorite cartoons growing up, this is definitely going to be high up on that list, along with Looney Toons shorts, Animaniacs, Dragonball (og), Ed, Edd and Eddy, Gurren Lagann, etc.
- This should be a show you show your kids too.
