Dear sir, madam,

I feel like I have been scammed and if I do not receive a good answer I will be forced to involve my legal aid.
So what happened is I ordered two jars of 500mg swanson L-Arginine 100 capsules, one jar of swanson 1000mg vitamin c 30 capsules AND one jar of swanson calcium and magnesium 30 capsules on Tuesday July 16th.
One month later and still not even a small reply letting me know what was up (since the delivery date between "30 jul. 2019 en 2 ago. 2019" had long passed) I got worried and contacted you guys demanding a full refund if I could not receive the package before august 25th. This date is in two days. After that I will not live there and all parcels will be sent straight back to you guys. I clearly told you guys. Yet you still went ahead and sent me just the two Swanson L-Arginine 500 mg 100 Capsules? JUST that? I ordered way more. what about my vitamin c? what about my calcium and magnesium. No I demanded a full refund straight away, yet this got ignored and the package got given to Spring GDS anyways.

If you still want to just send half my order then I would like to receive a refund of at least 3,29 + 3,89 + 7,99 (the vitamin c + the magnesium + shipping so I can order it again on my new address with someone who does ship it straight away) or if the package arrives too late and gets shipped back a full refund.

I feel like I have been scammed because I paid for four jars of pills and you just send two, more than a month after the payment and almost a month after the final delivery day?
I do not think this is fair towards me and I would like to give you guys a chance to resolve this with me before I start taking legal action.
