Lush Woodlands let's go! After I catch the newcomers up. Party is Shogun/Highlander/Sovereign - Survivalist/Ninja.

I spend the skill points for everyone, most importantly I get Avidya Sight for the Shogun. And forget to sleep till night. Several times. I swear I'm good at this game.
I also get Turning Tide and Royal Veil because I have no active healing aside from throwing medicas (or putting points into Reinforce I guess but lol passing through Guard Order)

Bar patrons are kind enough to inform me of the Woodfly's conditional. Good thing to know that carries over. Between Bolt Slash and Spear Assist this is an easy conditional. I also pick up the quests, free nectars and theriacas wooooo.

Marco and Oliver prove to be absolutely useless. Random encounters aren't particularly bad on B1F. It's nothing that Blind Arrow/Ninpo: Daggers spam can't help me deal with.

Obligatory FOE tutorial! Bears break trees, got it. I don't get why they break them but ok. I'm not even gonna try to beat it, I know I'm not going to.

Just casually clearing the floor, obtaining the materials and clearing the quests. I also find a wooden box that wants me to put something in it. I throw in a Nectar.

oh no nameless npcs got their asses kicked by monsters who would've known.

Unlocking Small Orchard, I imagine this is the first sub dungeon. I'll go in after doing all the obligatory things. Accepting mission (hi Wiglaf, oh no not the stratum 1 boss from eoiv. how threatening.), giving Edie my money, turning in and accepting quests yadda yadda.

Talk dialogue with Persephone mentions the kangaroo FOEs from EOIV. Yeah there's no way that's just a casual reference. I KNOW YOUR TRICKS ATLUS.

Speaking of talk dialogue, gotta love how Vivian just wants to sleep. Relatable.

Go back to B1F to clear the box quest. Baboons die. I check the box, Theriaca A. Yeah I don't think this is a fair trade and all. I throw in an Ariadne Thread (bought a spare one solely for this) and head over to the Small Orchard to clear it out.

At this point I remember to sleep till night lol.
