Todd sighed out happily as he returned back to his home, setting his things from the market down inside before walking through his home and exiting through the back, into the 'pen' of sorts for his dear dragon. He really wouldn't think of it as a pet per-se, more a companion that couldn't speak, considering he /did/ find him when he was a hatchling, and raised him ever since, taking care of his needs and even letting him sleep inside until he had grown too big. Today was no different than any other, the effeminate elf smiling as he kneeled beside the large reptile, rubbing his side and smiling brightly as he looked to the crimson dragon. "Did you miss me? I'm sorry that I had to go into town, i'd love to have brought you along but you're just so big now, i'm afraid you'd bump into things." He sighed softly, gently wrapping his arms around the other's neck before lying against his warm, scaly body, always enjoying cuddling with him whenever he could.

Said dragon was sprawled out on the ground, eyes closed and wings tented over the majority of it's body. Once Todd steps into the room, one eye cracks open as the dragon continues to just lay there. As soon as he moves closer though, he moves too. He stands a bit, turning to curl around the elf before dragging him to the ground as his wing tents over him too.

He grumbles softly at the mention of him having to stay home, but it's not that important now that Todd is home.

He smiled as he rubbed the side of it's body, enjoying how despite the fact he now was almost double his height while on all fours, he still loved to cuddle just like when he was a hatchling. Granted, it's a little easier when those wings can cover Todd easily, making a nice warm little tent with the dragon's body heat to make it nice and cozy. The elf would softly rub the side of the dragon as he sighed happily, shutting his eyes and simply resting against his side as he tried to make up for his absence, honestly wishing he could just stay out here with him all through the night.
