drove the woolly bear out of her.
We need to do something like that,
but on a mass scale, without like--

BUBBLES
Killing people. Right.
Bubbles looks around. Her eyes land on a SPA with an
advertisement for LASER HAIR REMOVAL. Her eyes light up.

BUBBLES (CONT'D)
Electrolysis.

BUTTERCUP
(frustrated)
I know you don’t get the au naturel
thing, but now is not the time-
Bubbles flies to a TELEPHONE POLE and RIPS A WIRE out of the
pole, exposing its frayed end. Buttercup smiles, getting it.

BUTTERCUP (CONT'D)
Oh, sick! We’re gonna fry ‘em?!

BUBBLES
No, we’re going to lightly shock
them. Enough to drive the bugs out,
but not enough to kill them. Look,
they’re all standing in water. Help
me grab that pole.

They fly over to a TELEPHONE POLE and begin to uproot it.

INT. TOWNSVILLE CITY CENTER - SAME
Buttercup and Bubbles hold the TELEPHONE POLE above the crowd.

BUTTERCUP
Just touch it to the water and the
shock will spread...
They lower the pole gingerly. A JOLT of electricity surges
through the teeming mass standing in the flooded streets.
People are KNOCKED OUT. Then suddenly--

BUBBLES
Look!

WOOLY BEARS are crawling and jumping out of people’s ears.
