Abilities: NAME can manipulate the physical arrangement of Aterite. Initially, this ability is utilized as a way to manipulate an aterite batery into different weapon shapes and forms. Over time at an aterite research facility, he has been learning new ways to utilize aterite configurations, and the abilities such formations can manifest [cue need for dev with Shadow]
Background: NAME is very protective of his personal history. He worked in an Aterite facility as a Vault-commissioned high security officer after terrorist threats were believed to be immenent. Whether from the Vault or the Protectorate, he has never disclosed.
While working in this facility his unique abilities in Aeterite manipulation became a subject of interest among the researchers. Particularly one Demihuman: Capricia.
As time passed and the alledged "imminent threat" became less and less likely, NAME found himself telling white lies about the threat risk in order to justify his remaining at the facility as he became more and more interested in the work... and in the people.
As the desire to remain began to supercede the need to fulfill his actual responsibilities, he had to start engineering false reports and even minor instances of "sabotage" in order to maintain the facade of his needed appearance.
