[4:50 PM] L i z a: i understand that you are a busy man and you cant be on all the time to fix and add stuff like this but this is likely the least efficient way of communication possible between client and distributor. might i recommend a collective of people who are able to manage custom classses and stuff relative to them. ive done it before so i know this isnt a week long process to do and this isnt my first time having issues like this. so you need to figure out something that makes the buying experience easier and more enjoyable. once again i know you are busy and you cant reply instantly to all the messages but ive been getting about one reply/ day. this whole process could have been finished in an hour if you would let it. i apologize for spamming you on the forums and this and ts but this is rediculous.
