Panel A: "Twenty years ago, Shiokawa's high school was shocked with a scandal. One of the teachers almost killed one of the students to test the theory of raising dead bodies with electricity."
Panel B: "And now, there are rumors that the unethical professor has returned."

"You find fiction books about mad scientists raising dead bodies back to life. Some used occultism and witchcraft, others used 'science' and electric shocks."

X. School: "There's a new teacher in school. It seems, however, that the rest of the faculty is nervous to have him around. You wonder why."
X. School: "You quickly learn that this 'new' teacher, Mr.Itagawa, had once teached at Shiokawa high school. / He was apparently removed from his position as biology teacher after he was caught doing 'unethical' experiments on some students. That happened very long ago, maybe someone knows the details?"
X. School: "One of the teachers explains to you that Mr.Itagawa was obsessed with idea of 'ressurection' of human body via electrical stimuli. / He has attempted to deliver electric shocks to his students during his biology classes and was once caught trying to dig out a body at local cemetery. But the police released him because they 'lacked evidence' to convict him.
X. School: "Aya-chan, one of the junior students, claims that Mr.Itagawa was simply 'misunderstood', and that his 'ressurection' theory could be true. / 'Mr.Itagawa is a consummate professional... maybe a bit eccentric, but still I believe he had good intentions. I'm gonna see it for myself.'
X. Hospital: "You hear from few students that they've seen Mr.Itagawa visit the local hospital's pharmacy several times in the past week, and few times they've seen him leave with large boxes in his hands. / Is he buying supplies? For what purpose?
X. Hospital: "The pharmacy receptionist refuses to provide you details about Mr.Itagawa's purchases. / If you want to obtain the information, you will need a diversion..."
X. Hospital: "One of older patients at the hospital remembers Mr.Itagawa's case, and has offered to distract the pharmacist for you."
X. School: "You've learned little beyond the fact that Mr.Itagawa lives in a village few kilometers away from Shiokawa. / You decide to return to the school and confront Mr.Itagawa personally."
X. School: "You can't find Mr.Itagawa. Aya-chan is also nowhere to be seen. / One of her classmates mentions that they've heard Aya-chan mention she was going to visit Mr.Itagawa at his home to ask him about his work."
X. Downtown: "Rushing toward the bus stop, you start to feel sick. You try your hardest to not think about what Mr.Itagawa might do to Aya-chan. / You wish to believe that she is in no danger, but..."
X. Village: "Stepping out of the bus, you begin looking for people who heard of Mr.Itagawa, know his address, or perhaps have seen Aya-chan around."
X. Village: "You learn some gossip from two chatting women. / Apparently, a teacher from Shiokawa has recently moved to the village, to 'practice his craft' in relative peace. They don't know his new adress, however."
X. Village: "At the local grocery shop, you find a young man who knows the address of the house in which Mr.Itagawa lives. / The house is at the other side of the village. You break into a sprint. Maybe there's still time!"

Final Panel:
"You open the door leading inside the house where Mr.Itagawa moved into. You're welcomed by the sight of anatomical charts, bizarre electrical equipment and Mr.Itagawa himself. Wearing a blood-soaked apron and with a large knife in his hands, he smiles smugly."
"'Hello. Are you looking for someone? Aya-chan, perhaps?' He steps aside, letting you look toward the dimly-lit corner of the room..."
"...out of the shadow, a broken humanoid emerges. Despite the body showing clear signs of surgery and dissecation, you recognize that face. It is no one else but poor Aya-chan, turned into a mindless, shambling corpse."

ENDING A: Have HOLY CANDLE in inventory: "light the HOLY CANDLE"
"You light the holy candle and quickly put the tormented spirit of Aya-chan to rest. The grotesque, walking corpse collapses into a pile of broken flesh. Aya-chan is now free from the torment that Mr.Itagawa had prepared for her..."
"Mr.Itagawa tries to escape, but you give chase. Your shouts alert some of the villagers, who, seeing Mr.Itagawa's blood-stained clothes, block his path and pin him down. Someone enters the nearby phone booth and calls the police."
"By the end of the day, the policemen close off Mr.Itagawa's house for investigation. Paramedics gather Aya-chan's remains and carry it out in a black bag."
"The last time you see Mr.Itagawa is him handcuffed and led into a police car. Police quickly connects this case with his previous record, and you can rest assured that never again this madman will hurt another student."

ENDING B: Fight AYA-CHAN: "prepare for combat"

"You're interrogated about the case while search teams begin combing the village and nearby forest in search for Mr.Itagawa. After few days, you learn that they've failed to find him. He is still out there, perhaps, planning to create another monster..."
