Born and Raised in the Lawndale Projects of Los Santos, Devontae was a regular kid until around the age of sixteen when the Four Corner Hustlers really became known within this busy town. He started to associate himself with such members as Looney, Meek and King Lu. Utilizing his street smarts of the area and general organizational skills to make money and plan attacks. At Eighteen Devontae was incarcerated for Attempted Murder, Possession of a Firearm without a License and Grand Theft Auto. After serving his long six year stretch he came out of prison and started to make a name for himself within the legitimate trade of gambling. After making high class connections with the likes of Edward and Steven Blackwell, Devontae started to make some real money only affiliating himself with the Four Corner Hustlers when large issues arose. At this time Devontae 'Kells' Kelly is pretty much legitimate but still carries out certain tasks when required. Fronting his money throughout the Y'los keeping his name strong and alive.
