Altered Gaming Community (AGC) Business Proposal
Altered Gaming aims to become a leading community for the online gaming presence in South Africa. SA is on the verge of fully joining the world scene of gaming, teams like Bravado, Aperture, Carbon etc. has already paved the way and opened SA to the esports scene, BUT they are only small clans consisting of 5-10 members that focus in one or 2 major gaming titles. AGC will change that, starting by allowing anyone to join and contribute to this growing community.

This Group will provide
- The casual South African Player a local community in a large selection of games
- Practicing servers for Esport teams that is managed by AGC.
- Locally Hosted Servers in selected games (CSGO, Rust, ArkSE, GMOD, ARMA, DayZ, Battlefield and many more.)
- Rewarding in-game items for those part of AGC.
- A Centralized forum, portal and online website to discuss relevant subjects regarding SA Gaming.
- Centralized Discord and Teamspeak communicating servers for the whole community to enjoy gaming together.

The management of Altered gaming
Management will consist of 2 Owners - JJ Badenhorst and Riko Hendriks and they will have a management team of Admins and Managers that is designated to each Gaming title, to organize each specific community.
The backend of AGC will be fully controlled by this management team specifically chosen by the owners.

Esports of Altered Gaming
Altered Gaming Community will grow in members and allow for teams in specific games to be created under the name AGC or associated with AGC. Members from AGC can then join the Esports Scene through AGC when they are proven worthy of teaming up with AGC's best in <game> and compete in local tournaments. This will provide the advertisement for AGC, in turn, growing the community even larger and capture the attention of better pro players.
(Community members will be specially chosen as Managers to go create and manage an esports team in selected titles.)

Altered Gaming and Belgium Campus
The world consists of approximately 2.2 billion gamers according to gaimin.io, SA is 43rd in the world for most revenue made from gaming with R2 991 643 200,00 made from gaming in 2018 (newzoo.com). But the question rises - Where is SA's gaming community representation? Right, there is no big gaming community in SA. (VS Gaming is Tournament Hosts) There is a huge market gap worth millions waiting to be taken by those who are willing to take the chance.

This is where Belgium Campus comes in.
PC Gamers usually has an interest in the IT industry and what better way to promote Belgium Campus than to go directly to the target demographic?
This is why the community Altered Gaming aims to create could be beneficial to Belgium Campus - Advertising through AGC to the exact demographic that Belgium Campus wants to have at their campus for a much cheaper price per month than conventional advertising.

AGC Provides full advertising rights to Belgium Campus and BC will be featured in all promotional material by AGC (eg Altered Gaming - by Belgium Campus)
Belgium Campus financially provides for AGC (eg Servers, Website etc)
