QUALIFICATIONS
Prior 1+ year experience working in creative or planner roles at Advertising Agency or Publisher (Digital or Printed)
Must be an effective communicator and command a presence in a room. Excellent communication skills, a sense of humor and a playful approach to creativity.
Strong understanding of how advertising/marketing works and key advertising/marketing principles, effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes from print, digital, social & direct.
Knowledge & exeperience of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web, understand Flash and have the ability to deliver or explains idea to designer
Experience planning & optimizing Display Media with common publishers & Ad networks
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with project teams.
Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of the company’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives.
