[b][u]2.1[/u][/b] Why should the Los Santos Police Department accept you transfer request?: I feel that the Los Santos Police Department should consider my application of employment with consideration of both my previous experience and my continued search for employment in the field of Law Enforcement. During my employment with the San Andreas Sheriff's Department I have achieved everything I originally outlined in my agenda, I had many aspirations that I completed over a short distance of time — I attained the trust and addition to my employment in the following units similarily outlined:

Air Support Unit, Supervisor; Traffic Deputy Two, State Traffic Unit; Canine Handler, Canine Services Detail; Assistant Instructor, Recruitment Unit.

Over pertinent to the above factors, I have also taken the Sheriff's Department as a learning curve in which I am trying to venture by applying for a Transfer to the Los Santos Police Department. I feel I am able to progress further in the Los Santos Police Department with the stable structure that the Department offers, seemingly a stronger foundation than the Sheriff's Department.

[b][u]2.2[/u][/b] Why are you transferring to the Los Santos Police Department?: [ooc] I am looking to transfer to another faction to advance on my current roleplay, in a smaller faction consisting of higher-quality of roleplay, in my opinion. I wish to develop a completely opposing character to my current, Neil Davidson; and start from the bottom upwards as a new arrival to the LSPD via transfer from another state. I would achieve such successful development by making a Character Development thread and taking the development slowly. I feel this is a much more valuable way -
 I have learnt in roleplaying on Neil Davidson that I am unhappy with the development of the character, thus my reason for seeking new paths and venturing out to another faction. [/ooc]
