  1. Thrilled. Kyo jumped back towards searching. Now seeing a something similiar to the books. There were in sections. So all he had to do now was find a book about Ice. or snow.....
  2.
  3. Looking around, it took him a while to find the magics section. Instead he saw alot of other stuff. Stuff about other magic. Which made him curious upon what other magics he could possibly learn. But the question was. Was it going to be easy?
  4.
  5. Not trying to doubt himself. He went on. Trying to find a book about magic. But randomly searching around wasn't helping. He had to go down the line. Left to right. Then go down to the next row. Then go right to left. Then go down a row, and go left to right.
  6.
  7. He did that until he came onto a book with the title of 'The Book of Ice'. Smiling with victory in his hands. Kyo grabbed at the book and pulled it off. But this time. Having no trouble as it was on the lower rows. Pulling it free from the shelves. It didn't seem to be as dusty or aged as the book of Drakanites. So it must've been made at a more recent year. Quickly sitting down and crossing his legs. He pulled open the dusty book and then suddenly felt a chilly sting from the edges from the book. The sudden cold feeling as chills were raised upon is back. It wasn't unbareable. But it certainly changed his own temperature as he felt a tad bit cooler than before. But it wasn't anything that he could handle.
  8.
  9. Looking at the book. He smiled even more. 'Was this the true power of Ice? So strong that it can even make someone feel chilly from opening a book. Someone not even powering it. It must have a lasting effect. This is sooooo cool!' he thought.
  10.
  11. Looking at the front page. He saw something that said Author's note. Which made him curious. He saw the authors name on the top page. Which said 'By Kaye Le'Dura'. A different author. Cool!
  12.
  13. But it was time to start reading. "Author's note." he started outloud. "If you read this book, I, the author, A-S-S-U-M-E that master-y with the two elements of air and water has been A-C-H-I-E-V-E-D." he says outloud. Which makes him realize. He needed to learn two other elements to actually learn Ice.
  14.
  15. He thought this was going to be easy..........
  16.
  17. Frowning, he put it back into the book shelf. "Time to look for water first...." he said. Since he thought that it was best to get over with water first. Then learn wind.

  20. It seemed that he had to now make the choice between water and wind. He prefered to learn water first. Since it seemed to him to be the main element of water.
  21.
  22. So it was back to the shelves. It seemed that the randoming searching wasn't going to work out. So again, he went to start at the top. Going from left to right. Then going down a row. To going right to left. To go down again repeat that process.
  23.
  24. It took some time once again. But he finally came across a title that seemed to match the water element. A book labeled 'Water Magic for Novices.' Smiling, he once again claimed victory as he pulled it from the shelves. With more ease this time as he quickly hit the ground again and folding one leg over the other.
  25.
  26. "Huh.... By Karin Kagura. Interesting..... " he said softly as he opened the book. Time to start reading!
  27.
  28. "If you're reading those notes I've written, you sure-ly are in the need to learn every-thing that there is to know about water. First of all, I sugges you, dear reader, to read a basica book about magic. Bet-we-en those, I may suggest the title of a book you may use to learn the basics. Ehh.... I know that I use magic through my scales soooooo skip!" he exclaimed as he skipped past the book the author recommended.
  29.
  30. "The second step would be finding someone capable of teahcing you how to control the flow of water at first..... Hmm.. Ike could show me... I hope.... anyway. Back to the book."
  31.
  32. "Another useful factor for learn-ing how to control water is hav-ing a near-by source of water.... So the water outside of Nostvale. Cool. It helps to have it.... If you know how to channel your mana into the water, and make it do what you want to." he continued to read outloud.
  33.
  34. "Surely, the most used spells include being surounded with water, which slowly re-gen-er-ate-s your wounds. Forming a whip of puure water, which may be used for sev-er-al purposes, form-ing bub-bles of water that will chase your opponent down, and, last but not least, there is a spell that launches high- P-R-E-S-S-U-R-I-Z-E-D water. For-wards. If it hits, it may have harm-ful C-O-N-S-E-Q-U-E-N-C-E-S for the o-pp-o-nent. Hmmmmm.... I guess there are things to learn before moving onto wind....."
  35.
  36. "All spells, require cer-tain level.... mor you practice..... the more your skill..... May have been of help. Good luck. Water mage. Got it." Getting rather tired with the entire scenario. Kyo smiled as he knew what to do. All he needed to do was to carry this book outside and do what the author said. Control the flow of water. Then I'll be good." he said as he nodded to himself with a newly found determination.
  37.
  38. Standing up, he turned on his heals and hugging the book tightly to his side. He ran outside to the open doors. Making a beeline straight for the front of Nostvale
