Theorycrafting 101 - 100% damage reduction

Okay, this is to find out the viability of a 100% damage immunity by building a character around the "All Damage Taken is Reduced by x%"

Things to consider:

*Is there a cap on the "All Damage Taken is Reduced by x%" affix? (if the answer to this is anything lower than 100%, tapos na kaagad usapan natin dito)

*What are the BiS items?

*Is there a gem better than the "The Eye of Grell" (All Damage Taken is reduced by 3%)

*What is the highest roll for "All Damage Taken is Reduced by x%" affix?

The Build:

Sobrang naisip ko lang to from JMic Hael's want post. I have done absolutely zero research so far. Everything I am working from is memory. If i do make mistakes, point them out, this is the point of theory crafting after all.

The build I'm thinking of is with an Embermage. We are going to take advantage of the Tier bonus of Immolation Aura. At Tier III (Rank 15), it gives "All Damage Taken is Reduced by 15%". This will be a huge boost for our build.

For all the items we are looking for a "All Damage Taken is Reduced by 5%". I don't know if they are able to roll on items other than jewelery but for now let's assume it doesn't. Okay, 2 Rings and 1 Ammy, that's another "All Damage Taken is Reduced by 15%".

The max number of slots is 2 Chest, 2, Helm, 2 Boots, 2 Gloves, 2 Bracer, 2 Shoulders, 1 Belt, 2 on both Rings, 1 on Amulet, so that gives us, 13 sockets on all items.

Slotting all of them with a "The Eye of Grell" gives us "All Damage Taken is Reduced by 39%".

Adding everything gives us, "All Damage Taken is Reduced by 69%" Ngayon hanggang dito palang ang naiisip ko... but surely we can improve on this theory.
