  1. Recently, i was unmuted by some BAMs, and after my unmute, i provoked some people that were also provoking me, and one day i changed my name to 'Kemal-ryder' and talked on teamchat, i said nothing offensive about 'ataturk' yet i got a 5 years ban for it and some other provocation logs, people are being racist to arabs almost everyday and yet it's not a big deal, and the staff who banned me for provoking is a turk, so obviously he would be biased with his decision, any other staff should handle the case (non-turk) fairly, this obviously wasn't worth a 5 years ban, just some provocation lines and also changing name to Kemal-ryder and talking about ataturk, that's not even a big deal and the punishment would be a normal mute at least, also Dream shared our private logs on unit while we were joking with eachothers, it's not right to share our private logs on public. Here i'm gonna compare another case to my case, some time ago, Brian muted a toxic player called 'Gzenpro' for 1 year, and then he kept appealing and managed to get the duration expired, then the mute got expired, so here he is, he's being toxic after his unmute: [spoiler]TEAM) Gzenpro#SaM: Hey go lick fiwz boy

[2020-03-11 18:25:40] [Output] : (TEAM) Gzenpro#SaM: Ce dog[2020-03-11 17:29:43][/spoiler] so nothing happened to this guy, he didn't get a mute neither a '5 years ban', he has way more logs provoking others, but i'm not a staff to check that of course, i just brought the logs i could bring, so obviously my case was handled based on hate by a turkish staff, at least make Brian handle the case because he handled many toxic cases, and 'Gzenpro' case is one of the cases too. At least i would get fullmuted for provoking, not a 5 years ban, and if i still rulebreak after getting fullmuted (like using forbidden nicknames, forbidden groupnames etc..) then i would say that i deserve the ban, but most of what i said is allowed according to this update - Commonly used swear words in GTA SA may now be said. Any words containing: "fuck", "shit", "bitch", "ass", "dick", "nigga", "bastard", "prick", "whore". (Arran + chaiNN#) so obviously, i didn't have to get a 5 years ban. When we were talking about Ataturk, Shogun handled the case perfectly by changing our names and he told us what's not punishable to use.
