Ducking

Ducking behind a rusting heap of pipework, Soglod quickly took stock of his situation. His buggy had jetted off into the desert, leaving him behind and was manoeuvring for another pass, while the Bad Skabs’ buggy was on its side with the surviving Bad Skabs firmly entrenched behind it. All the other members of his own mob were still on the buggy. For the next few minutes he was on his own. Cautiously he raised his head and was forced to duck as a fusillade of shots rang out, bullets rattling off the scrap pile in front of him.
