  1. Alias: Mr. Goodnight, Ringer of Shadows
  2. Tales Started: Medieval Times (Lasting to if the RP shall be Modern)
  3. Gender: Commonly Seen as Male.
  4. Language: Fluent in English.
  5. Species: Djinn/Jinn
  6. Voice: Whilst in Spirit Form, its voice is scratchy and rough. In its most common human form, ‘his’ voice is calm and polite. Aged form will have a more rough tone.
  7. Weapon(s): The shadows, illusions, creatures it summons, and sometimes air itself could provide as weapons for the being.
  8. Special Item(s): It is mostly seen wearing a mask. The mask is sometimes different, but it’s most common is one in the shape of a fox’s face. The left eye of the mask is usually pitch black, and the rest is white, with the exception of the dark gray nose. From afar, it seems as if the eyes were blinking, the mask has fur, and the nose shining off light from the sun or moon, as if it was freshly wet.
  9. Likes: New things and interesting people. It also seems to like following a random person around when hidden, just to see if where they’re headed is of any use to it or if the place shall be good ‘hunting’ grounds.
  10. Dislikes: Anything with little personality or value. It also has the intention to kick people out of chairs or off benches for what appears to be no reason. If one shall get to know this being, however, they shall soon figure out that was a weird tactic of ‘his’.
  11. Fear(s): It has little to no fears ‘documented’ in folktales and rumors. Some say shall appear to have a fear of any light, others narrow it down to sunlight, kind of like a vampire. However, the two groups are unanimous with voting on one thing; water.
  12. Personality: At first, it seems to be aggressive and unaccepting of anyone or anything, fending for itself in the world. When tamed or friends with it, however, it shows a new side; it’s loyal, helpful with most things, and focused when a goal has been set. Although, it shall still be aggressive and unaccepting of new people. It’s also an excessive liar, and a very good one at that. Rarely anyone figures that out. When it finally accepts a person, the friend or owner shall find its main reason for following people is to find new places and explore.
  13. Origin: Throughout the years, tales of a slender figurine that would shape-shift started to be spread and told through the many mouths of beings. One family has been the culprit behind it; The Winchesters. Many have said they are guilty for the creation of this... thing, and that they should destroy it. However, those accusations have stopped around the 10th century A.D., given the family was registered innocent each time. This didn’t stop the rumors of ‘it’ however. The rumors have been spread quicker, and they’ve gotten bigger as well. Only few people know of what the thing is, though, and that is itself.
  14. RELATIONSHIPS
  15. Orientation: Mostly straight. More information found RPing or asking Mr. Goodnight#9583 (Discord).
  16. Relationship/Partner: Its ‘partners’ are complicated to explain, given it has partners in itself. More explained during RP and/or Discord.
  17. Family: Its ‘family’ usually counts as its owner(s) or friend(s). No real family.
  18. HEIGHT
  19. Ball Spirit Form: Three centimeters by Three Centimeters. (Height/Width)
  20. Spirit Form: 15’3” (Fifteen feet Three inches)
  21. Human/Animal Form(s):
  22. —Most Common, Male, Seen as in Late Seventies: Roughly 8’1” (Eight Feet, One Inch)
  23. —Second Common, Adolescent Mouse: Eight centimeters (Nose to Tail, Tail is Four centimeters.)
  24. —Third common, Female, seen as Teenager: 5’2” (Five Feet, Two Inches)
  25. —Other forms explained briefly during RP when it shall shape-shift into one.
  26. APPEARANCE
  27. Ball Spirit Form: Seen floating around, if seen at all. It is a white orb illuminating light, but few light is seen because shadows consume most of it, besides what appears to be the front. This is why little have seen the orb stage, and quickly lose sight of it as well.
  28. Spirit Form: A special few can actually see the Spirit without having it to allow them to see. For those who do see the Spirit, however, it wears a slender dark grey suit, no matter the weather, be it raining or steaming hot. If seen from afar, that means light is illuminating parts of it. Otherwise, the person can see in the dark of night. The suit is wrinkled and tattered, but only near the neck area, where very few get a chance to see when it’s in this form. The face is covered with the fox mask, and a stylish fedora is seen resting atop its bald head. Its hands are long and wide. They’re usually seen slouched to the side of the silhouette, curled slightly, like it would be scooping something out with its hands. From close up, the hands are the color of smoke, and seem to be smoke, but that would be impossible to the human eye, given they would contemplate over it having a physical form. When and if seen transforming from Spirit form to Ball Form, its arms, legs, and head will seem to materialize until they reached the core. The core will appear to be where its heart is located, given if you were to look at the thing and say it was like a human. The particles will soon turn to shadows, and ‘the core’ will soon turn into a white illuminating orb. The shadows will clasp down onto the orb, thus making it impossible to see from the side. If seen shapeshifting into one human/animal form, the body will start shrinking to the acquired height of the form, as will the clothes. The clothes, however, only shrink to a certain level, while the body stays shrinking to desired form. If the shrinking goes farther than the height of the female form explained earlier, the clothes shall materialize until needed again by the thing.
  29. Human/Animal Form:
  30. —Male: Seen as if in his late seventies, the man has the same clothes from Spirit Form, besides the tattered neck area and the mask. ‘He’ will be seen usually with a smile whilst walking past others, and wrinkles around his face. The eyes are always closed, making people think he is blind. However, he still knows how to maneuver the streets with rarely bumping into others, and can traverse any new place he finds himself in. He has thinning light grey hair seen around the outside of the fedora. The man can be seen by everyone, but only when the transforming process is complete.
  31. —Female: Seen as a child around the age of thirteen in the eyes of many, only because of her height. Very few find out her human age, and even fewer actually have actual conversations with her. The suit still appears on the female’s body, but since it only shrinks to the man’s body height and width, it’s baggy. This is why she wears it as a type of robe everywhere she walks. What holds it is a belt that tightens itself during transformation process. The female’s eyes are crimson red, and her teeth are sharp like fangs. Her hair is always in a traditional bun, and has the color of purple, until it gets to a redish tint as the hair spirals up into the bun. She rarely smiles, not wanting to bare her teeth, and is mostly quiet. The mask will be seen resting on the left side of her forehead and a little over her eye.
  32. —Mouse: Just a plain grey mouse, with the exception of a small fox mask covering its right ear.
