<i style="font-family: georgia;">Dona Malena de Portugal</i> (n. 11 de Dezembro), é a filha caçula do Duque de Coimbra, Álvaro de Bragança e de sua esposa, Ana Catarina Sandoval, sendo irmã mais nova de Carlos Afonso. Malena quando nasceu, pesava 2.400g, cem gramas a baixo do normal, o que preocupou profundamente o casal. Mamãe e bebê permaneceram em observação por uma semana.

Sua Alteza, <i style="font-family: georgia;">Dona Malena de Portugal</i> (nascida <i>Malena Serafine Antônia de Bragança e Sandoval Mendonça</i>), sendo a filha caçula do Duque de Coimbra, Álvaro de Bragança e de sua esposa, Ana Catarina Sandoval, sendo irmã mais nova de Carlos Afonso. Seus avós paternos foram a Rainha Maria III de Portugal e seu segundo marido, Miguel Ortíz y Berrocal, o que a torna bisneta do antigo Rei Manuel II de Portugal. A bebê nasceu em 11 de Dezembro de 2017 na casa de veraneio da família. Durante a gravidez, a duquesa foi acompanhada de perto e comandada a descansar e manter uma dieta puramente composta de legumes e fibras, sem carnes, por conta das hemorragias corriqueiras. Malena quando nasceu, pesava 2.400g, cem gramas a baixo do normal, o que preocupou profundamente o casal. Mamãe e bebê permaneceram em observação por uma semana. A pequena teve dificuldade nos primeiros dias para mamar, o médico chamou-a de 'preguiçosa', pois esperava que o leite simplesmente saísse em esforço de sua parte. Deram-lhe o alimento no conta gotas até que ela finalmente cedeu aos instintos. Agora com seis meses, a bebê não deixa uma gota sequer para trás. Não gosta de usar calças, se sente extremamente incomodada, prefere os vestidos rodados ou macacões com babado. Prefere tiaras à presilhas. Se tentarem colocar presilhas ela arranca todas e atira no chão, irritada. Seu brinquedo favorito é a ovelhinha Tica que canta canções de ninar. Malena ODEIA chocalhos e chora toda vez que alguém balança um perto dela. A música que ela fica mais atenta é Moonlight Sonata de Beethoven, mas ela ama balançar o corpo ouvindo Brilha Brilha Estrelinha. A voz da mamãe Ana a acalma sempre que está assustada e ela adora dormir na barriga do papai Álvaro. Serra, serra, serrador é a brincadeira favorita de Malena, ela dá gargalhadas altas e os olhinhos brilham de felicidade.
