An open letter to GrueGamersDan and the staff of the channel.
When I first found the twitch channel, I thought it was chill and I wanted to join in. I eventually subscribed to said twitch channel and was given acces to a special subscriber server. I joined, and immediatley fell in love with it. I played on the subscriber server more than Hypixel. Until the first day of 2018, I was permanently banned for spamming, griefing, and "harassment". This was my 2nd offense, and I do not accept that I deserved this ban. I had spammed yes, but for "griefing", I had broken a single ice block, because I was stuck in another players home. As this was my second offense and the player wanted me out of their house as quickly as possible, I complied. I was stuck in a 1x1 area, so I broke an ice block to let the water down so I could swim up and out of the hole. I could not break anything else because I was completely naked. I had absolutely nothing in my inventory.

 Later, I was then banned with no warning at all, and was blocked from many staff members PMs. I then decided that I would never be unbanned no matter how many staff I could still PM, so I gave up and began hanging around streams and in the Discord. I was enjoying the streams and the Discord, until today, (1/4/2018) I was banned from the Discord. A staff member by the name of CuteKitty92 was having trouble falling asleep, so I gave some advice. I told her that to help her sleep, she should turn off her phone or computer (because she was messaging on Discord), because when you look at screens and then go to sleep, it will be very hard for you to go to sleep. The staff member then rudely replied "Don't tell me what to do. I have other problems you don't know about". I had never seen this person before in my life, except for the past 2 weeks.(edited)
A member of the Discord put up a valid point saying that some phones and computers have "blue light filters" which filter the light that make it hard for you to sleep. I acknowledged this members point, and I replied "Even so, you should still turn off your computer and phone". I had sent a maximum of 10 messages over a 5 minute span, and was then kicked from the Discord. I messaged CuteKitty92, and she said "DOnt fucking spam or it will be a ban". I was confused by this, as I had not spammed in the Discord at all. From the content of this message, I had understood that it was a warning, so I searched on Google for the Discord invite link, and joined. While I was waiting until I could send messages, I was banned.
I then went to GrueGamersDan PM, and wrote this letter. I am quite unhappy with the quality of these moderators. I would not even accept an unban at this point, the toxicity of the community towards me and the horrible staff despise me. I will hopefully not have to interact with this commuity again.
