I've seen a lot of people who were interested in playing AS again, but some of them said that when they tried to log in with their e-mail, it'll just bring them to the beginning of the game, starting the game all over from tutorial. I had the same problem few days ago, but fortunately I got it back.

THE PROBLEM

You know in other mobile games, once you've bound your game account with your email, the email data will be saved in the game so that it can automatically log you in a specific server that you chose. Alchemy Stars doesnt do that. Whevener you "log out" on the beginning screen, you basically remove yourself from the server, instead of just, you know, logging you out. What happen next if you try re-logging in with the same email is it will ask you to choose a server again. Sometimes we just tap "next" without reading, so a player selecting the wrong server when they reinstall the game would be a recurring event. The result is, it will take you to tutorial obviously because it's not the same server you originally played in.

TourDog, please fix this.

THE SOLUTION

Clear app data. This will let you delete the game's data so you need to download it again when you open the game. This will also let you choose the server again after inputting email.

If that doesnt work and you dont mind to reinstall, just reinstall the game and log in with the right server. MAKE SURE TO PICK THE RIGHT SERVER. Try to remember if that server is surely the one you played before (Like me, who has a brain of a small bird that keep forgetting the server I was in).

If you dont want to reinstall (because 2GB of internet data is precious) just to change the server, here's what you gotta do (Already posted the solution on other post on this sub, but I'll put it again here. These steps were done on my Poco X3, but it should be pretty similar on other Android phones and emulators):

    If you bound your account with Gmail

    Open your phone Setting
    Tap on Google (or Account option)
    Tap on the small arrow on the right of your e-mail (above "Manage your Google Account")
    Select "Manage accounts on this device"
    Select "Google"
    Now it shows your e-mail(s) you put on the phone, select on the email you used to login on the wrong server
    Tap on "More" option, and then select "Remove Account"
    Now, open Alchemy Stars and tap on Gmail logo on login screen, a Gmail box will pop up.
    Select "Add another account" and write the email you used, then OK
    You'll be brought back to the game and then it will ask you to choose a server
    Make sure to pick the right server this time

    If you bound your account with Twitter or Facebook

    Uninstall your Twitter or Facebook app (If you dont have the apps and use a Browser for Twitter or Facebook, just log out your account from the browser)
    Open the game and wait until the login screen appeared
    Select twitter or facebook and it'll bring you to their log in screen
    Insert your account and select agree on authorization
    It'll bring you back to the game and will ask you to choose a server
    Make sure to select the right one
