RULE 1: <color=#0000ff>No KOS (Kill on Sight). Facility Guards and NTF are not allowed to KOS Class-D personnel unless</color> <color=#0016FF>they are actively disobeying orders or are visibly holding a gun. Seeing things in spectator does NOT </color><color=#002CFF>count. Chaos Insurgency are also not allowed to KOS Scientists. Scientists and Class-D personnel are free</color> <color=#0043FF>to KOS unless a guard is present / either is cuffed. You can NOT uncuff to kill.</color>

RULE 2: <color=#0059FF>Treat others with respect. We're all here to have fun, there's no need to be rude to others.</color>

RULE 3: <color=#006EFF>Homophobia, transphobia, and racism will NOT be tolerated at any point. Doing so will be treated</color> <color=#0085FF>with harsh punishment.</color>

RULE 4: <color=#009BFF>Micspam is allowed, however micspam is NOT allowed in global chats (SCP chat, beginning + end</color> <color=#00B1FF>round chat, and spectator)</color>

RULE 5: <color=#00C8FF>NSFW will not be tolerated at all, this includes any bullet art. Doing so will result in harsh</color> <color=#00DEFF>punishment.</color>

RULE 6: <color=#00FFFF>No camping for periods of over 2 minutes or if the round is being delayed. After this time is up you</color> <color=#00DEFF>must move to a new location or go into pursuit.</color>

RULE 7: <color=#00C8FF>Absolutely NO cheating/blatant use of out of bounds exploits (his includes autoclickers/macros).</color> <color=#00B1FF>Abusing these will result in a ban and report to Northwood.</color>

RULE 8: <color=#009BFF>Military classes in game may form temporary alliances as long as their goal is the same however is</color> <color=#0085FF>discouraged or is holding up the round, other cases may include roleplay. Civilian classes may also work<color> <color=#006EFF>together, and aren't encouraged or discouraged.</color>
