Why do you want to moderate on SaiCoPvP?:

I would like to moderate SaiCoPvP because i feel on the realm i play on there is not much attention from the staff. On Witherrealm there is an excessive amount of hackers on warp pvp, in addition to this there have been several users who have attempted to free cam, or glitch. Because of this i would like to help moderate the realm i play on and the wider server. In addition to this i would like to moderate the server as it is not enjoyable when you have hackers varying from bhopping to kill aura making it displeasure-able to play on. This is another reason why i would want to join the staff team.

Scenario 1 - Someone has just messaged you in-game that someone is hacking. You then watch him pvp, but you do not see any hacks, what would you do here and why?:

Because there is no initial sign to the user hacking then i would do two things. Because he is not blatant i would not be able to do any initial conclusion to the situation, thus making the task more difficult. Because of this i would have to keep an eye out in chat to see if there have been any further player reports on the user. If someone has listed a player report on the forums with valid evidence against the player showing his hacks then i would take that into consideration with a ban.

Scenario 2 - A server IP is being spammed in chat. They are spamming it and they ignore your warning, and continues spamming it. What would you do here, if anything, and why?:

From my knowledge i understand that advertising is a bannable offence, if the user is failing to comply with my suggestion to stop advertising then i would have to ban the user for advertising.

Scenario 3 - Some players are constantly disrespecting another player. You warn the offending players, but they continue, what would you do here and why?:

If the players are persistently disrespecting each other in chat and have failed to comply with my suggestion to stop the hatred in chat then i would have to mute them, however dependant on how many mutes they have then i would have to take that into consideration and mute them for the time it says, or potentially permanently mute (Dependant on how many counts they have to player disrespect)

Scenario 4 - A donator has recently discovered a money glitch which gives you an infinite amount of money. What would you do here and why?:

I would ban the user permanently for the exploit-ion of the glitch, i would do this because users understand that glitching is a bannable offence and furthermore users should understand that taking advantage/exploiting a glitch is totally not acceptable.
Scenario 5 - Your friend has griefed an event arena. He has just broken the rules. You realize that what he did was totally unacceptable, what would you do here and why?:

'Your friend has griefed an event arena. ' Despite him being a friend, rules apply to everybody and that is what he would have to expect. if he breaks the rules then it is his fault for his actions, not mine. Despite him being a friend i wouldn't be lenient and bend the rules for him, he would be hit with that ban without a shadow of a doubt.
