- Go to the colosseum and talk to the guy
- If you can heal for Cail with 1 Potion/Super Potion, do it while in the colosseum
- Go back to fight Cail
- After Cail, go to the mayor's house and enter the secret room
- Go to the windmill
- Go to the Construction Lot

CONSTRUCTION LOT
- Get the Gear, then go back to Pyrite Town

PYRITE TOWN
- Return the Gear to the windmill
- Go to the colosseum and enter
- Go to the bridge to enter the building

PYRITE UPCLIMB
- Skip the heal machine unless you can't get early Flame Wheel
- Get the Revive
- Before Reath, heal Quilava to 34+ HP and Espeon to 80+ HP

PYRITE CAVE
- Skip the Hyper Potions unless low on Supers
- Get the Ethers
- After Rider Twan:
	> Remove Twistedspoon from Meditite
	> Give Espeon the Twistedspoon
	> Heal Espeon if necessary
- Usually skip the heal machine
- Before Miror B.:
	> Heal Quilava out of Water Gun range
	> Heal Espeon to 60+ HP
- Talk to Plusle to leave the cave

PYRITE TOWN
- Talk to Fateen, then go to Agate Village

AGATE VILLAGE
- Shopping: Buy 11 Hyper Potions and 3 Revives (10/2 if buying Hidden Power for Typhlosion)
- Get the Exp. Share
- Go to Eagun's house, then go to Relic Forest

RELIC FOREST
- Before Skrub:
	> Heal both out of Hitmontop kill range
	> Remove Charcoal if going for Mirror Coat Blaze

AGATE VILLAGE
- Talk to Senilor, then go back to Eagun's house to get the Small Tablet and email
- Purify Quilava, then Revive it if necessary
- Go to Mt. Battle

MT. BATTLE
- Give Charcoal to Typhlosion
- Give Exp. Share to Espeon after 2-5 fights (you want L38 for second Geodude and L44 after Cole)
- Teach Psybeam over Confusion when you get it
- Heal as necessary (you want Blaze for the first 9 fights)
- Before Dakim, heal both to full
- After Dakim, get the F-Disk, then talk to Vander
- Go back to Agate

AGATE VILLAGE
- Talk to Eagun, then go to the Mystery Lab

MYSTERY LAB
- Ignore the email, then go to Pyrite Town

PYRITE TOWN
- Go to the jail
- Get the Jail Key, then the Elevator Key, then go to the Pyrite building
- Dodge the trainer, then take the elevator to The Under

THE UNDER
- Go to the southwest house (skip hotel heal)
- Follow the stairs to Perr
- Go to Nett's house to deliver the part
- Talk to Silva to get the R-Disk
- Get the 3 Rare Candies
- Shopping (do last!): Buy 3 TM17s, 1 TM38 and 1 TM10
- Before fighting Venus:
	> Teach Hidden Power to Espeon over Helping Hand
	> (Teach Hidden Power to Typhlosion over Dig)
	> Teach Protect to Typhlosion over Smokescreen
	> Teach Protect to Espeon over Reflect
	> Teach Protect to Plusle over Growl
	> Teach Fire Blast to Typhlosion over Sunny Day
	> Heal both to full!!!

THE UNDER (PART 2)
- Before Nelis, heal Espeon out of Sneasel range
- Enter and exit the subway
- Get the Subway Key, then take the subway to the lab

SHADOW POKEMON LAB
- Talk to the Peons
- Get the Maingate Key, then take the subway back to The Under

THE UNDER
- Take the stairs back up, then leave for the lab

SHADOW POKEMON LAB
- Candy 3 times once you hit L44 (learn Psychic over Psybeam)
- Get the 3 Elixers (skip the PP Ups)
- Get Blaze before Remil
- Standard menus:
	> Ether Fire Blast before Tanie
	> Ether Psychic before Remil (can couple with Paralyz Heal)
	> Generally don't need to heal Espeon
- After Tanie, check your sample(s)
- After Ein, get the Data ROM and TM26, then leave
- Go to The Under

THE UNDER
- Skip the heal machine
- Talk to Nett, then take the F-Disk to the colosseum
- Go to Realgam Tower

REALGAM TOWER
- Before Dakim:
	> Ether Psychic
	> Elixer Typhlosion
	> Heal Espeon out of Flygon EQ range
- Before Miror B., switch Plusle to slot 1 and Typhlosion to slot 3
- Skip the heal machine
- Elixer Psychic as needed
- After Ein, show the 4 ID badges to open the door

- Elixer Psychic as needed
- After Klest:
