For weeks now the world powers have been pushing to limit our freedoms. It started with the US and SOPA, and followed with Europe and ACTA. Now even Canada is developing it's own legislature. Anonymous has fought hard to warn these nations of their actions, but we have been too weak. When we took down one nation, it rose the next day. There are simply too many and there are too little of us that can make great damage.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ONLY THE NOOBS WILL DDOS! The more experienced hackers and breachers will apply those skills. If we are unable to breach, then we shall DDoS those sites, but we are aiming for an Op where much skill is allocated well, this is NOT just another DDoS op!

The truth is that there are many who can contribute and want to contribute to Anonymous. Many of them don't have advanced hacking skills, but would like to help one way or another. #OpRookie joins these people with more experienced members of Anonymous and together we form a mass powerhouse of threat to governments. There is power in numbers, and it is time we prove it.

The plan is that on a specified date in March, #OpRookie is engaged and hundreds, thousands of people take down dozens of government websites from North America, Europe, and South America throughout an entire day. As soon as one website is down, we move on to the next, until we give the entire world a message!

We cannot keep knocking down one wall when it will rise the next day. We must knock down the whole fortress to get our message accross!

I invite everyone, from the most experienced hackers to the nooby DDoSers, to the people who don't know what DDoSing is to join and come together for #OpRookie. Together, as veterans and as Rookies, we can show the world the true force of Anonymous.
