>I buy this idea. Even if you can't be killed by conventional means, taking a shotgun blast to the gut still must hurt like a bitch, and you'd be willing to shell out some dough for quicker relief. Given that Hell is anarchic to the point that you can openly run a murder-for-hire business, I don't see why someone wouldn't also start up a business gouging the richer denizens of Hell for some professional medical treatment.

Given that turf wars seem to be both very common and have tons of collateral damage (just look at the backgrounds in the Cherri-Pent fight), Hell's infrastructure must constantly be under strain. The sinner population isn't going to be a bastion if altruism, so getting shit fixed probably involves hiring the rare demons who have technical knowledge AND are also handy enough in a fight to protect themselves from anyone who might target them to steal their equipment and materials.

>I'm sure that Lucifer would have had a combination bodyguard/field medic on hand ready to intervene in a crisis by protecting his daughter with force and then turning right around to treat her injuries, but it would have had to be someone extremely trustworthy. Either someone of the same loyalty as Paimon (probably not Paimon himself though, as I don't think he's particularly known for his fighting prowess or his medical knowledge) or someone over whom he had sufficient leverage that he knew they wouldn't dare cross him or give any less than 100% in their duties.
