- Hello Administrator
- On August 1st, 2018, we are shutting down all Gmail contextual gadgets. A Gmail contextual gadget is a gadget triggered by clues in Gmail, such as the content of a subject line or an email message. Our records indicate that your G Suite account stonelandinc.com is utilizing Gmail contextual gadgets today.
- We recently launched Gmail Add-ons, which satisfy many of the same needs as Gmail contextual gadgets, but also offer a better developer experience, cross-platform support, and more stability.
- Recommended Actions
- We recommend that you review and turn off G Suite Marketplace contextual gadgets for your organization in the Admin Console under Apps > Marketplace Apps before August 1, 2018 and develop your own Gmail Add-ons or browse and install existing Add-ons to serve your existing use cases. Gmail contextual gadgets that aren't removed before August 1st, 2018, will disappear automatically.
- If you have questions about this change, or need technical assistance, please contact G Suite support. When you call or submit your support case, please reference issue number XXXXXX.
- Sincerely,
- The G Suite Team
