- - Removed Southern Utah from the is_arizona_state category.
- - Added the country flags lhe_easy_ledger_invite and lhe_no_easy_ledger_invite to support developers allowing/preventing Lost Hills from adding nations to the BoS Ledger through their decisions. Submodders can add nations directly through global.bos_ledger_members.
- - Added the global flags BLS_disable_offmap_chapter_logic, BMW_disable_offmap_chapter_logic, BGF_disable_offmap_chapter_logic. Setting these flags will allow submodders to control the country flags Lost Hills checks themselves.
- - Added an abort condition to the International Market AI strategy for submodders. Countries with the country flag should_use_international_market will trade as in vanilla.
