If the lie system does not use your full name and a current photo with their story then you're just being "paranoid".



I would dare to say that even in such a situation these literalists would still find a way to dismiss you as being "delusional"!



The conclusion from this is that either the literalists are right - _*even when they are not*_ - or that their opinion can have little to no value or meaning.



Such people are figurative - and in some cases perhaps literal - "trolls".
