I have a few questions. Before I say anything: it's good you are helping out others with guides and are so active on the site. I know you've done a lot of work in the Guide Team over the years and you have my respect for that.

However, I am worried about your guide writing process and the legitimacy of how you acquire these game copies. So let me ask you a few things:


1. How come you are allowed to post this guide before the embargo is up?
It could get PS3T in trouble if Activision finds out. They are very protective of their embargoes. Screenshots and texts (any info whatsoever) is not allowed before this date.

Guides were closed in the past because they were posted before the release date. Just very recently in the case of Battlefield 4, a guide was closed for that.

The embargo for COD Ghosts is not lifted until tuesday, Nov 5th, 9am PST, as far as I know.


2. How come you are the only Guide Team member, allowed to post guides?
I talked to other members from the GT and they told me that they aren't allowed to work on any guides (be it supplement or TG), unless none is available weeks after release.


3. May we see proof that you actually have this game and did not download a stolen torrented version?
I'm sure the GT has to investigate such claims and I was also asked to provide proof in the past (however, that was on X360A).
Please make a quick picture for us, showing the game case in front of your TV with your friends list open and COD Ghosts playing in the background (just press PS button while in the game).
That's what I did to clear my name; and it's the best way to clear yours. And I'm sure if what you do is legit, you'd be more than happy to clear things up once and for all.
...and don't give us a picture tomorrow when the game is in stores and you could just pick up a copy. So now or never, please.

You don't have any trophies in this game either. Since when can a guide be posted, if the person does not seemingly own the game

So please, go online and sync your trophies. Cause if you tell us you cannot go online, then chances are you are using CFW. And everyone knows, if you go on with CFW, you will get your account and console banned. By the way, you haven't been online for 47 days on PSN. Since you started getting games super early, you haven't been active on PSN, which looks very suspicious to me


You also got many games (e.g. The Last of Us) before review copies were sent out. I know this first hand, as I am in touch with publishers for review copies of almost every game. Basically, the moment a game shows up on a torrent site, you tell people you are playing it. You have also told certain people (in Skype conversations) that you won't be able to get PS4 games early anymore. Maybe because you won't be able to pirate them there??? If you would buy legit copies, nothing would change. I don't see why your supplier would get them any later. Absolutely nothing changes in the supply chain.
Given the short history and small size of your YouTube channel, you would be very unlikely to receive review copies of AAA titles everytime. Even I can't; and have been doing this for 5 years.



And Woz, this is by no means an "attack" at your work and it's nothing personal! So please no hard feelings. I am just trying to keep the guide writing "business" in balance and want it to be fair for everyone. Others I have talked to have also shown doubt about how you get these games and I just want to find out the truth. See it as an opportunity to clear things up and make all of us look stupid
If someone is using illegal means to write guides and makes money off of them (on your YouTube videos), then others will surely want to know about it -- and that's all.
