Welcome to the Wikimedia Volunteer Response Team! This email will explain a few important things before you get started. Towards the end of this email you will find your login information for OTRS. You will receive a separate email with your login information to the OTRS wiki.

Some quick information:
* Depending on which info queue(s) you have been assigned to, you may have been subscribed to an associated mailing list. Several OTRS mailing lists are used for collaboration among individual language teams. More information available at <https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Mailing_lists>.
* The OTRS interface is not known for being user friendly. As a result we have created a guide to the OTRS interface at <https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Guide>.
* More broad information and answers to most questions can be found navigating our help documentation; a good starting point is <https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Contents>.

If you need any assistance at all please do not hesitate to ask! Your fellow agents and the OTRS administrators are always happy to assist agents with any difficulties. There are several places to seek help depending on your needs:

* You can post to the Cafe with general questions: <https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/wiki/Caf%C3%A9>
* There are a number of IRC channels, mailing lists and other noticeboards for assistance.
