PC Problem - 7/1/17

Specs: i7-3770, GTX 760, Asus P8Z77-V LK
Today I was playing PUBG and at the menu there was some yellow artifact followed by a the game crash. The game crashed whenever I tried to launch it so I reinstalled it, updated my gpu drivers and the game still crashed. I restarted my computer but it would not boot past the BIOS splash screen. I pulled out the graphics card and connected the monitor to the motherboard and was able to boot windows. I struggled updating the bios because I had a hard time getting the UI to load and had to restart it several times to try again. After I updated the bios, I now see this whenever I boot up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yK5CcWEer6I  Additionally, I still can not boot with the GPU attached. I tried blowing it out and the problem still persists. I believe there is something wrong with either my motherboard or CPU but I am not sure. Any Advice?
