Hunters and The Hunted

Idea- Hunters become the hunted in a cold Wintery terrain.

Anchor- Alpha Male Ice Wolf

Way to destroy connection- Kill the Alpha Male Ice Wolf

Hint- Temperatures well below Freezing

Type of Plot- Plot Light (Exploration/Survivor Based)

Terrain/Environment- Around Sunset the Poolboys will arrive through the ice of a body of water, upon getting out they will run into the ice wolves who have set sights on their new prey. The poolboys need to escape towards the woods for cover.

Chances of Ice Cracking- Athletics Roll (4-5)

If they fall into water, have them roll against a PDef DC (7) that should depend on the size if the person is smaller they will be more inclined to  hypothermia.

Once in the forest darkness will fall as evening comes they will need to make a fire and take survival precautions (I'd say an hour of not keeping warm and not moving would be -1 Body- Wilt) as well as making sure the wolves do not find them or if they do they can defend themselves. It will also be snowing off and on.

If they keep moving they will come upon a clearing however more advancement would show that the clearing is actually a snowdrift. It has a steep fall, however a necessary one. It leads to the pack's hideout. There they can battle the Alpha Male.

Enemies- Wolves, the wolves have a high sense of packmanship as well as hunting skills and prowess, they will be hard to escape and relentless in pursuit. They like most hunters will target the females or weaker members of the group. If someone is sick or injured they will go after that person.

Ice Wolf (Male-5x)- White Male Wolf, they are ruthless hunters and attackers. Their bites can cause frostbite.

Ice Wolf (Female- 5x)- White Female Wolf, they are ruthless hunters and attackers. If their pups are touched or messed with. They will attack whoever did it. Their defense is higher than their offense.

Alpha Male- A White male with silver streaks in its fur. It is capable of intelligent speech and can cause ice spikes to grow from the ground in addition to frostbite bites.
