Hey there!

So I'm starting to think it may be a good idea to restart the structure entirely. The detailing you've added with the trapdoors, and the wooden stairs looks nice - it's the roof that really isn't working for this build.
You have way too much cobble detailing on the roof - you don't need detail on a roof initially. I also think it's going to need a pointed end, instead of this flat square end you have right now.

The main issue is your detailing. I think it may be a good idea to start the building again, like I already said. That way you don't have to work around what you already have, you can just build and make it look lovely ^.^
I wouldn't make a roof like this however.
