I obtained a free coupon to change my hair as many times as I wanted to during a one week long period on my Fiona. I thought that it was really cool, and I was a little sad when it expired. I saw in the cash shop that there was a permanent hair and permanent inner-armor coupon available, so I picked them up expecting the same functionality. I was unaware that it was consumed after one use, based on my experience with the free coupon. I would appreciate it very much if you would refund the Nx and make it more clear that the free coupon has non-standard functionality for future players. (It would be even more cool if I could get the item I was expecting though.)

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I understand that you are reporting that our 7 day unlimited free hair coupon is misleading.

Please be advised that the sole purpose behind making the free unlimited hair coupon available to players is so that they can have the option of trying out some different hairstyles and having the option to return to your original hair at the end of the 7 day period.

Those permanent coupons are not the same because they are not unlimited and yes it is for a one time use and it is permanent.

I am sorry that you misunderstood that and also please note that Nexon does not have a refund or return policy.  As we deal in digital goods, refunds and exchanges are not a viable option.

In the future, please be very careful when making purchases that is why we have the extra step in place that allows players to confirm the purchase before the process is completed.
