- taken care of nonetheless. Lever and buttons and lights indicate the state
- of the pipeworks which link the Keep together, and keep its waste flowing
- outward. And the pipes, oh the pipes.

- some reflection, but it's strange nevertheless to come face-to-face with it.
- Enormous copper pipes run north-to-south as far as the eye can see in either
- direction, down the length of the channel which must be fifty feet across
- and twice as deep. The channel is crossed by this single catwalk, or at
- least used to be. Above, one of the pipes has broken through, and the piece
- that fell out split the catwalk in half. The debris of the event lies
- dizzyingly far below.

- the east. It contains tons of copper and brass pipes- and the bodies of
- more than a few workers whose lives weren't valued enough for their
- supervisors to provide them with safety equipment and oversight. The bottom
- is a long way down.
