[23:37]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	is a little bit confused and bewildered, but makes her way back to the junkyard office, and lists the parts she'd like to buy. It's more than enough to restore the hull and internal structure for a good quarter of the vessel's damaged areas, maybe a third if everything goes exceptionally well.
[23:37]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	negotiates a price with him, and leaves, unsure if she's hurt or confused or what the fuck is even going ON with her?
[23:39]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	decides to start looking around for him, having started with asking the junkyard's owner if he saw where "the-- girl who was with accompanying me earlier" ran off to.
[23:41]	* Andel	feels a little better now, stopping up the sobs and regulating his breathing to something manageable. He feels a little euphoric when he breathes, a strange, though pleasant phenomena when he has his bouts of excruciating longing and self-pity.

[23:45]	* Andel	looks at his wristwatch. Shit, he thinks, it's been way longer than five minutes! Fourteen must be worried... He gets out of the alley hole he's in, intent on finding her before they both get lost.

[23:58]	* Andel	settles into the familiarity of city navigation, quickly moving through alleys and across streets, focusing on actual landmarks and ignoring the throngs of people and roar of the crowd. All the while, he can't help but think how stupid it is to run out so far all of a sudden, and how horrible it would be if Fourteen got caught up in these mean streets. Anything could happen...

She looks around, thinking, and picks the one road by the building that has some graffiti on it somewhat resembling a hydraulic pump relief valve. Or possibly a mutated seagull. She likes to think it's the former, though. Setting off down it, she begins the search for her companion.
[00:13]	* Andel	gets in too much of a hurry, the worry for his mind multiplying into absurd scenarios, some based part on his own experiences at the bottom of the social ladder and some grossly embellished. In his haste, he turns a corner blindly and runs directly into a woman, knocking himself on his ass.

[01:01]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	is just crossing the first street past the graffiti-marked building when somebody runs full-tilt into her, burying themselves in her chest. She takes a few involuntary steps back, maintaining her balance, and looks down to see what kind of reckless person just collided with her.

[01:04]	* Andel	almost starts off without looking at the person, as this happens often with his lack of height, but catches glance of a familiar dress, performing a double take, and then stands motionless, relieved but unsure of what to sa... do.
[01:08]	* Andel	eventually does figure up something, placing a slightly closed fist to his chest, knuckles facing Fourteen, and rubs it slowly in a circle while looking remorseful, frowning and bowing his head.
[01:14]	<[Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6>	Andel! ...I have been worried concerned exceptionally about you...! After you ran off fled, I... I was not sure was unsure what to do. I thought you were angry upset with me, or.... I am not even sure, anymore. If I did something, I am sorry regretful. I don't know what I did, but I am especially exceptionally sorry.
[01:16]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	hugs Andel close all through this, voice breaking and stopping at points. She's half relieved, half happy, half worried, and not really paying attention to the bad math there at all. She's just glad he's back.
[01:17]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	Some detatched part of her is having a laugh at its own expense over how her composure just went entirely to shit and that she probably sounds weird and awkward, but she gives the finger to that part of her, too.
[01:18]	* Andel	shakes his head like it's in a blender before getting it stuck between Fourteen's well-endowed... endowments. Unsure of what else to do, he returns the embrace, patting her on the back and doing whatever physically signifies "it's okay" that he can think of.
[01:25]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	falls silent, content to just hold Andel close. After a little bit, she whispers:

[01:27]	* Andel	stands back, holding Fourteen at arm's length, making certain of her full attention, and shakes his head.
[01:29]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	looks at him, then breaks into a rare smile, and then pulls him close, kissing him deeply.
[01:32]	* Andel	's eyes widen in surprise at that one, and feels another tinge of regret at making a scene in front of Fourteen and causing her grief. But he reckons, hey, it's a kiss, one not to be wasted. He blushes and wraps his arms around her shoulders, returning it to the best of his ability.
[01:36]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	drags the kiss out for a while, finally pulling back a bit, still smiling, and brushes a bit of hair out of Andel's face, and squeezes him again before taking his hand.

[01:38]	* Andel	can practically feel a city-full of eyes watching him and Fourteen, but doesn't show it. He nods, pushing a smile upon his lips, feeling a little better about his mother and vowing to never cause someone trouble over her ever again.
[01:46]	* Andel	, moments later, arrives before the large... actually, he still doesn't know what the heck this thing is. He glances to Fourteen, still holding her hand.
[01:57]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	walks up the boarding ramp with Andel, unlocking the gate at the entryway up above before entering the Spider proper.
[01:58]	* Andel	follows, motioning for any bystanders to shoo before entering the big majigathing.

[02:01]	* [Tet]Flonne	doesn't seem quite so exuberant as usual.
[02:06]	* Andel	breaks the handhold and smooths into acting slow, dim, and tired. Gotta keep up this sick stuff for a little while longer, then I'll get better in the morning.
[02:12]	<[Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6>	I have bought procured deck plating and metal for the hull for rebuilding repairs. How have you two both fared? It appears... less than well bad.

[02:19]	* Andel	just looks to Fourteen, as if asking if he should get involved.

[02:25]	* Andel	sighs, silently and exasperatedly. He reluctantly follows along, starting to feel the one hole to another deal.
[02:27]	* [Tet]Flonne	stops at the top of the ramp to scan the crowd for Felicia's hood, or anything like it.
[02:27]	<[huh]Alexi>	[The crowd seems to be Felicia-free, however, and anyone you ask doesn't remember anyone like that description. It seems her cloak made her innocuous, at least, but...]
[02:28]	* [Tet]Flonne	switches gears and looks for signs of the goon instead. Not a sure thing, but a good bet...
[02:29]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	notes Andel's unhappiness, and pulls him aside.
[02:29]	* Andel	raises an eyebrow.
[02:30]	<[Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6>	...Would you like to stay at the vessel craft and watch over the place in case she returns, or somebody else arrives?

[02:31]	<[huh]Alexi>	[You don't see that particular haircut among the crowd, but a similar one seems to be wending its way through, towards the town square.]
[02:31]	* [Tet]Flonne	considers that a good enough lead and starts shoving her way through towards it.
[02:32]	* Andel	stares at Fourteen for a moment, finding this idea a little late on the implementation, but nods, considering doing nothing to be easier than running around town again.
[02:37]	* [huh]Alexi	isn't far behind. With the two of you, you manage to not lose track of the thug and follow him as he enters a side alley.
[02:39]	<[Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6>	All right, then. If something happens occurs, then call me on-- oh. hmm. Well, signal notify me on the radio. One beep for if she returns comes back, two if someone else comes arrives, and three if it is an emergency. And if the scrap delivery comes, guide them into the upper cargo loading dock. Be careful up there if you have to go up there.

[02:52]	<[huh]Alexi>	[Inside is the thug you met before standing, flanked by two smaller thugs with less imposing hairdos who are clearly his flunkies. Felicia is tied to a support beam unconscious and with her clothes messed up a bit for fanservice.]

[02:53]	<[huh]Thug>	I planned on turning the girl in for the reward, but I decided it would be sweeter to kick your ass and then take the reward.

[03:07]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	sticks her right arm out... and out... and out... and slugs one of the lackeys with a titanium-reinforced right hook. From across the room. Her arms yanks back, making a click-clack as it restores itself to natural arrangement.

[03:09]	* [huh]Thug	feels the meaning of the word pain. The flunky hits the wall with a nasty sound that bones really aren't supposed to make.
[03:25]	* [huh]Alexi	is still fighting the main guy.
[03:25]	* [Tet]Flonne	manages to take advantage of Faccie and Alexi's general ownage to make it behind where Felicia's tied up.

[03:27]	* [Tet]Flonne	cuts bonds with one hand and pokes experimentally with the other.

[03:30]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	reaches for another flunky, closing the distance. She grabs ahold of him with her left hand, and digs two pins that pop out of her palm into his flesh. There is a pop, and a muffled sizzling sound, and the thug in her grasp begins twitching and spasming wildly as electrical current flows through him.
[03:30]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	After a few seconds, though, one particularly violent twitch throws his body back, and off of the pins, much to her annoyance. Perhaps, she muses, it would be smarter to use barbed pins in the future.
[03:31]	* [huh]Thug	is now alone. His last flunky doesn't get up and is slightly smoking anyway.
[03:31]	<[huh]Alexi>	What was that about kicking my ass?
[03:32]	<[huh]Thug>	Shut up! I'll get you for this!

[03:32]	* Andel	found the ace he was looking for and is well on his way towards beating this time-waster of a card game.

[03:47]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	doesn't believe this as easily, but is willing to let it drop.

[03:50]	<[huh]Alexi>	[The group reaches the castle uneventfully. Soon after, the supplies are loaded up, and we're off!]

[03:53]	* Andel	fell asleep at the table, Solitaire less than a dozen cards from being finished.
[03:54]	* [huh]Alexi	relaxes in some sort of comfortable armchair.
[03:57]	<[huh]Alexi>	Now, I guess the question is what to do with our princess over there?
[03:57]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	makes a few motions as if working her shoulders, or trying to work some feeling back into them. As she does, there are a number of tiny mechanical sounds as the hatches re-seal, and the hairline breaks in her skin merge and disappear. Walking into the kitchen, she finds Andel, and smiles a little to herself.
[03:58]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	goes to carefully pick Andel up and carry him to his room, but accidentally jostles him in the attempt.
[04:01]	<[Tet]Flonne>	It's all my fault...
[04:02]	<[huh]Alexi>	What?
[04:02]	* Andel	Mario-spins on wake up reflex, effectively throwing himself onto the floor.
[04:03]	<[Tet]Flonne>	I said, it's all my fault.
[04:03]	* [Tet]Flonne	keeps her eyes on Felicia as she speaks.

[04:04]	<[Tet]Flonne>	I kept screwing around and teasing her until she ran away, and that's the only reason we ended up running into that goon. That's why she ended up in danger, because I didn't take my job seriously.

[04:09]	<[Tet]Flonne>	Yeah... this time.

[04:11]	* Andel	with great effort and assistance, gets his sleepy butt up off the floor and into something resembling a standing position.

[04:32]	* Andel	shakes his head slowly, and saunters over to wherever Flonne's at, inspecting the 'princess'. Well, it's definitely that girl from before, but he's still not quite convinced she's a princess. She remains unconscious elegantly, at the very least, he credits.
[04:35]	* [huh]Felicia	, as if in defiance of Andel, lifts her head and looks around.
[04:35]	<[huh]Alexi>	Oh, she's awake.

[04:40]	* Andel	goes to get the girl a glass of water, feeling a hint of remorse. He returns a moment and a half later, setting it before Felicia.

[05:11]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	runs through the list as well along with Andel, eventually assembling together something basic. She forgot to charge up this morning, so sleepiness is catching up to her as well.
[05:15]	* Andel	makes a bunch of noise going through all the canned stuff. Beans, corn, ew, rice, what the hell, canned cauliflower? tomato soup, chicken broth, oh, a bag of worm rinds, that nasty jaro jerkey that has that awful aftertaste but is somehow simply irresistible, and a bunch of leathery turtle eggs... Surely there's more, but that's about the thick of it.

[05:22]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	grabs the chicken soup, the cauliflower, and the corn, and gets to work. A bit of chopping, mixing, and adding-together, and some reheating, and finally, they have an odd-tasting chicken vegetable soup that still goes down okay. Nothing fancy at all, but nothing lethal.
[05:26]	* Andel	helps, grabbing one of those turtle eggs and working on nibbling a small hole through it. It's harder than it looks, as the egg gives slightly, similar to a rubber ball, except a little sturdier.
[05:31]	* [Atai][14^3]Factorial_over_6	adds the egg once Andel has finished nibbling a hole through the shell, winding up with a big poached egg in the soup as well. Hell, this might turn out all right!
