ophie's MGCYOA page

A group of four (or three, but one of them split in two) who all became magical girls together and as a result of the group changes are experiencing massive difficulties with overlapping closure effects. Barely able to remember who they are, they're working together (mostly) to try and make something of their new lives and powers. It's a pity they have differing ideas of what they're trying to make.

Hayley, quiet and serious, proud and protective of her little sister. Has decided that her new powers come with the responsibility to use them for good. She is tall and slender, with long black hair and dark eyes. Her face is narrow and pale. Her battle form has her in a hooded black cloak, red shirt and leggings, and long boots. She doesn't properly remember the circumstances of the groups change into magical girls, and this bothers her greatly, as does forgetting her past life. In combat she relies upon illusions to distract and confuse the opponent, while shadow clones provide extra fire power and stand between her low vitality and the opponent.

Ophelia, quiet and loving. Likes hugs. Adores and respects her big sister. Demands to help out with monster hunting. Looks like a younger version of Hayley. Her hair is fluffier, her face more rounded and childlike. Her battle form has her in a similar outfit, but with shorter boots, no hood and red ribbons tying her hair back. Spends a lot of time riding piggyback on her sister. In combat, stays back and out of the way, and provides support.

Izzy. Determined to have a good time, but looks out for the others as best she can. Not terribly concerned with proving herself but does enjoy a good fight, and is amazingly good at it when she gets going. No motivation to do anything she doesn't feel like. She feels kind of responsible for getting the others turned into magical girls, and although she's pretty damn happy with her own changes she understands the others might not be, and feels a little guilt. Tall and hourglass, her uniform is a tank top and jeans with a bright blue greatcoat over them. Her hair is golden blonde and falls to her waist, her eyes are bright green. She's well aware of her massive vitality and regeneration, and isn't afraid to take hits to land her own. Overall ridiculously strong. She generally declines to use her ice magic, perhaps to give herself a trump card if the going actually gets tough.

Sara. The mother figure of the group, caring, hard working and perceptive. She curbs Izzy's excesses and tries to keep Hayley from leaping into too much danger. Izzy and Hayley are secretly kind of scared of her. Threatens with rent and eviction as she supports everyone else. Her battle form sees her wearing onmyouji type robes with a scheme of cream and brown. Average height and build, shoulder length dark red-brown and grey eyes. A soft, rounded face and almost always smiling. How much of her angelic personality is the original and how much a result of her changes?She generally avoids combat, and is a great healer for any injuries Hayley or Ophie might receive. If pressed however, creative use of barriers makes her a powerful opponent. What does she remember of the changes the group went through and their past lives? For now, she's not letting on.
