Thank you very much for being so dedicated, unfortunately, regardless of the commitment of 1 person, the service is still awful.
At least put a note that it will take a while.
If there are people that work as hard as you, then this is severely understaffed.
Unfortunately, as this is a volunteer operation, you can't change how understaffed it is, but that does not change the fact that the service is in fact, awful.
