  1. Open report on Persecution, Harassment and Torture
  2. 24/07/2020 18h51
  3.
  4. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  5. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.com
  6. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in the University of Brasília (UnB)
  7.
  8. I come through this open report to describe my experience and the harassment suffered in recent years, as a student at the University of Brasília (UnB) - Brazil,
  9. and after completing the course, because I understand that they are difficult to prove and that interested authorities act in a way that hinders access to formal
  10. means of denouncing it.
  11.
  12. Graduated by the end of 2019, I still had great difficulties in getting support to complete the final project. In short, several times, the professors recommended me
  13. extensive contents of high complexity to study, and after some time they would dismiss me by saying only 'I cannot advise you anymore'. The final project was
  14. effectively carried out for just a month and a half, under the threat of “they would need to extend the deadline even further”. Through other students, I could see
  15. that the treatment in this regard was quite different, with students accumulating up to two graduations in the same period, which may indicate the faking of grades
  16. and the intentional delay of students.
  17.
  18. After the end of the course, I started to suffer more intense persecution, clearly carried out with the cooperation of security agencies. These new harassments are
  19. expressed in data traffic monitoring, torture by electromagnetic radiation, psychological torture with microwave auditory effect, directed content in the television
  20. media. The use of radiation during the quarantine period of the pandemic is certainly aimed at aggravating the widespread infection caused by the virus. At this
  21. point, it is notable the disinterest and ethical deviation by the citizen protecting agencies and the state's entities.
  22.
  23. Expressions used during the torture by radio:
  24. "He shouldn't have gotten his degree."
  25. "He should have gotten his degree earlier."
  26. "You didn't conclude your bachelor degree yet."
  27. "I want him older."
  28. "You are younger."
  29. "He was born in 2009."
  30. "You died in 2009, ok?!"
  31. "I want him disformed."
  32. "If we do that he goes down the sinkhole."
  33. "Then why did you do this degree?"

  212. "You are going to carry a gas cylinder."
  213. "You are delayed."
  214. "He has to be a robot."
  215. These and many more in the same manner, offending people from my family. Many times pronounced in an aggressive way, with screams, by what I noticed, to provoke a
  216. aggressive answer.
  217.
  218. I confirm that do not make use of any kind of drug. I confirm that such events are the registry of elements of physical and psychological torture, and they are not
  219. deliriums or any other symptoms of mental disorder. I believe that people who perpetrated such acts consider themselves in a privileged position, by their titles,
  220. for having the support of public authorities.
  221.
  222. I must say I'm deeply horrified with such illness of these people. I really have been through these experiences and they are not just impressions, but for obvious
  223. reasons they are hard to prove, given their own nature. But what I have been through indicates the sadistic and cruel behaviour by members of the state delaying and
  224. torturing someone who needs to study and work to sustain itself.
  225.
  226. Voices recognized during the microwave auditory effect:
  227. Prof. Aletéia Patrícia Favacho de Araújo, prof. Edison Ishikawa, prof. Marcelo Antonio Marotta, prof. Geraldo P. Rocha Filho, prof. Teófilo Emidio de Campos, prof. Bruno Macchiavello.
  228.
  229. I can still suppose the participation of other professors in the same department:
  230. Wilson Henrique Veneziano
  231. Priscila America Soliz Mendez
  232. Pedro Antonio Dourado Rezende
  233. Mauricio Ayala Rincon
  234. Maristela Terto de Holanda
  235. Marcos Fagundes Caetano
  236. Marcelo Ladeira
  237. Li Weigang
  238. Jorge C. Lucero
  239. Jacir Luiz Bordim
  240. Flavio Barros Vidal
  241. Alexandre Zaghetto
  242. Alba Cristina Magalhaes Alves de Melo
  243.
  244. I defend that I've been intentionally delayed during the degree, I defend that I've been the victim of persecution and torture and that I have my rights violated with
  245. the intention of destroying my life, avoiding me from getting a good job and forcing me to abandon the field of study to which I always dedicated myself. I defend with
  246. every letter that all that has provoked me psychological and physical suffering, and irreparable damage to my professional and personal life, and to my family. The whole
  247. scenario concerns a big institution persecuting and destroying the life of an individual without resources to defend himself from something unthinkable to someone who
  248. seeks its first opportunity. I come through this text to ask for solidarity on the honesty of this report.
  249.
  250. 20/08/2020 06h29
  251. They tortured me using laser on my brain. My reasoning is very impaired.
  252.
  253. 20/07/2021 14h00
  254. Since the day 14 of july of 2021 the persecutions returned. This time I'm being targeted in full time. Voice-to-skull, laser, electromagnetic radiation, mind reading with artificial intelligence, image projecting on the eyes, among others... I feel exhausted.
  255.
  256. 21/07/2021
  257. Mind reading. They are using this on each other while they masturbate.
  258.
  259. 22/07/2021 14h37
  260. They've increased torture in recent days. They brought more people. They make my reasoning very difficult. They don't let me sleep during night. I am striving to provide the information as clear and authentic as possible.
  261.
  262. 24/07/2021 13h26
  263. I've died and returned a few times by now.
  264.
  265. 01/08/2021
  266. They don't stop.
