  51. Rinko is cheerful and perceptive, but quite nosy. Sometimes she's too forward. She can also be alarmingly practical; while flighty at times, Rinko lives in the moment but always plans ahead. Her lack of fear only makes her <i>seem</i> impulsive.

A detective right from the start, Rinko got her first real case at 22, where she met a 33-year-old Toyo under the name <i>Ironhide.</i> Despite being on opposite sides of the law, there was an instant attraction— one that gradually developed into a relationship through clandestine meetings, run-ins and shared dreams. Eventually, however, it was not enough, so he offered her a deal: if she caught him, he would marry her.

  60. <p> For the entirety of Toyo’s time in prison, they were engaged. It was... hard, to say the least. Especially the first few months, when other inmates thought he would be an easy target without his Quirk. Meanwhile, Rinko herself faced criticism, even doubts cast upon her professional integrity. It took months for friends and family alike to accept that she was serious about Toyo, though they never stopped worrying about her.

  62. <p> In exchange for a shorter sentence, Toyo cut a deal. Soon after his release, he and Rinko married and bought an old fire station. They converted it into a set of apartments and allowed tenants to open up shop. Rinko then relocated her own base of operations to there as well: <i>Kekuchi Detective Agency.</i>

  78. <br>Rinko can enter, interact with, and even impact the dreams of others. With enough exposure, she may leave <b>imprints</b> of herself, causing targets to hallucinate her. Within a dream she can alter her appearance and physical strengths into that of anything or anyone she wants (although accuracy depends on her familiarity with the subject). More exposure means longer range in the long term. How far she can delve into another person’s dream depends on the person’s lucidity and mental defenses.

  80. <br>With enough focus, she can try to coax another into doing basic actions in their sleep, causing them to <b>sleepwalk</b> to carry out her bidding. However, with more force she can drive them to perform far more complex actions, such as fight. Her range is very far— approximately an entire city block and maybe the next one over, given an absence or minimum of physical barriers (such as windows, walls and doors).

  82. <br><i>Weaknesses.</i> However, both she and her targets <b>must be asleep</b> and capable of REM sleep, with little to no barriers between them. The farther away she is, the longer her Quirk takes effect (it may also be weaker/more easily disrupted). Lucid dreamers have an easier time resisting. This also leaves her very, very vulnerable.

  84. <br>Prolonged exposure to an individual will eventually <b>infect</b> her own dreams, potentially turning them into nightmares beyond her control; overuse induces dangerous <b>fugues</b>, <b>narcolepsy</b> and/or <b>insomnia</b>. A particularly bad trip will cause hallucinations and difficulties in distinguishing dreams from reality. If she ‘dies’ while using her Quirk, she will fall into a <b>comatose</b> state that is difficult to wake up from.</div>
