A love shattered

Monika and Anon get married!
You live a happy and cheerful life!
You want to have children, but you don't want to tell Monika yet!
You go to work!
You think about your beautiful wife and how much you love her!
You would never cheat on her!
You drive back home!
You bought Monika flowers on the way and want to surprise her!
You park your car on a parking further away from your house so she cannot hear you!
You silently enter the house, she doesn't hear you!
You wonder where she is, the house seems empty!
You enter the bedroom, silently of course!
You can't believe your own eyes!
Monika is having sex with some other guy!
You immediately drop the flowers you had in disbelief!
The guy who Monika cheated on you with quickly jumps trough the window and runs away!
"A-anon, I-I can explain!" says Monika, clearly surprised by your presence!
"I-It's not w-w-hat you think it is!"
"Anon please!"
You begin to cry!
You are mad, yet at the same time very very sad!
You walk up to Monika, crying, keeping your head down!
"Anon, please, listen, it's not what you thi-"
Monika cannot finish what she was saying for a simple reason!
You punched her in the face as hard as you could!
Monika begins to cry!
"A-anon, d-don't!" she mutters
You don't say a word!
You stomp on the flowers laying on the ground!
You go downstairs!
You, in rage, pick up a beautiful vase with flowers Monika bought a year ago!
You throw it on the ground, shattering it completely!
You get your car keys!
You leave the house, slamming the door as hard as you could while at it!
You can still hear Monika crying as you leave!
You get to your car, tears welling up in your eyes!
Before you turn it on, you take out your wallet!
There's a picture of Monika in there you always kept with you!
You take it out of the wallet and throw it out of the car!
You drive to the local bar!
You order several shots of whiskey!
You get drunk as fuck!
You leave the pub, puke into the local garbage can and go towards your car!

You decide to sleep in the car for the night!
You fall asleep!
Your dream consists of an infinite loop of you coming into the bedroom!
You wake up, still in your car!
You've got a massive hangover, but it doesn't really matter anymore!
You think on what to do now!
You contemplate suicide, murder suicide, and having a divorce!
You decide to talk to the other girls from the literature club!
You have no idea where they are now!
You still remember where they used to live though!
You decide to visit Natsuki first!
You drive to her house and ring on the doorbell!
A quite attractive and swell guy opens the door!
He asks you who the fuck are you and what are you looking for!
You say you want to talk to Natsuki!
He refuses to let you!
You hear a familiar voice yell "Dear, who's that?" coming from the second floor!
You hear footsteps!
It's Natsuki!
She is wearing more casual clothing!
She definetly has grown since you've last seen her at the graduation!
She is surprised to see you, and looks quite mad!
"A-anon, w-what are you doing here?! Get the fuck out!"
"Natsuki, I wanted to talk to y-" you say, but are stopped by her partner.
"You heard the lady, didn't you? Get the fuck out, or I'm gonna beat you to a pulp!"
"B-but-" you stutter
"I SAID GET OUT!" he yells.
Before you know it, he swiftly punches you, and grabs you by the legs!
He throws you out onto the sidewalk!
You now have a black eye under your right eye!
You walk to your car, wondering what to do now!
You decide to visit Sayori, she's your friend after all!
You two haven't really kept that much contact after you left highschool and you got married, but still talked from time to time!
Talked until earlier this year, you haven't talked her for a few months!
You drive up to her old house, situated next to your old house you sold a long time ago!
You ring the doorbell!
A middle aged woman opens the door!
You ask if she knows Sayori!

"Sayori? Let me think..."
"Oh, yeah! She sold me this house a few months ago..."
"I heard she moved to a different state, don't remember where exactly..."
"Anyways, is that all you wanted to know?"
You nod in approval and leave!
You decide to visit Yuri now!
You drive up to her house, like you did with the other girls!
You press the doorbell!
"Second!" a familiar voice yells!
The door opens to reveal Yuri!
She's dressed in a slick black dress and has high heels!
"A-Anon, what are you doing here?!"
"You look like a mess!"
"Anyways, I don't have time for this!"
"I have a date set up with a very nice guy i've met 2 days ago, I'm in quite a hurry!"
"See you around, I guess!" she says as she quickly walks away
You didn't even say a single word!
You are really depressed because of all of this!
You have no idea on what to do now!
You decide to go to your house!
You enter your house, it's really dirty, Monika must have not cleaned it!
You take a look at the living room and see Monika laying on the couch watching television!
"A-Anon, y-you're home!" she says as she runs up to you!
You push her away, causing her to fall on the floor!
You want to forgive her, but at the same time still remember how she said that she loved you so much she would do anything to have you!
You cannot accept the fact she cheated on you already, she was your sunshine, the only thing keeping you afloat!
"A-Anon, wh-what are you doing?!" she yells
You say a quick and simple "Shut up." and go upstairs!
Monika follows you up there but is keeping her distance!

>You go into your bedroom, the flowers you dropped still laying there, dead, obviously!
>You open up a drawer you kept something in for a special occasion!
>It's a loaded Glock, you kept it as a secret from Monika because she hates guns, and you didn't want to anger her!
>It doesn't matter anymore!
>But before you pull it out of the drawer, you hear the door open downstairs!
>"Hello, Monika?" a male voice says!
>"I just wanted to maybe work this entire thing out after what happened back there..."
>"We've been dating for some time now, so I think we should talk about this..."
>After hearing that, you are even more heartbroken!
>Your loving wife, has been cheating on you with some random fucker behind your back for God long knows how!
>You can hear him coming upstairs!
>"Oh, uh, hi Monika, you took a shower or somet-"
>He notices you!
>"Oh God, you, here?! Monika said you said you're not gonna come back!"
>"Look at yourself, covered in puke, you look like you came out of a dumpster!"
>"You don't deserve this woman." he said!
>Completely frustrated, you take out the pistol and point it at her new found lover!
>"Wow, wow wow man! I'm sorry okay! Please, I didn't mean this, I was just joking, please, man!" he yelled out in fear!
>Monika at this point was standing behind the guy, crying!
>"Come on man, we can somehow work this ou-"
>His begging was stopped by a bullet to his forehead, he fell flat on the floor!
>Monika gasped in shock and fell on her knees!
>"A-anon, why did you do this? Where did you get a gun from?! Why Anon, why?!" she screamed in what must have been anger and sadness!
>You put the gun next to your head!
>"No, A-anon, wait! Please! Don't do this! Please! Anon, I love you!" she cried!
>You pull the trigger!
>You're now dead!
>Monika now collapsed next to your body, and is crying uncontrollably!
>"A-anon, why did you do this? Why Anon? I'm so sorry!" she sobbed!
>Monika is now completely alone, both her husband and lover dead!

Skipping forward 4 days!
It's your funeral!
Your relatives and friends attend, of course!
Natsuki and Yuri are also there!
Curiously, Sayori is nowhere to be seen!
Does she really not care about you that much?
Did someone forget to tell her? Who knows!
Monika is also attending, but she remains silent throughout the entire funeral, knowing inside that it's her fault!
Yuri and Natsuki mumbling to themselves!
"Dear lord, I could have prevented this for God's sake, why did I tell him to just get out? What made me think that? What kind of a friend am I?!" Natsuki says to herself, tears watering in her eyes!
"What the hell was I even thinking back there?! Instead of helping a friend clearly in need I shoved him away for some jerk who only wanted me for my tits! I'm not gonna be able to look in the mirror for this..." Yuri muttered to herself!
Monika remains silent!
The funeral ends!
Yuri and Natsuki are trying to help Monika by doing stuff with her in her house, helping to clean stuff up and all kinds of things!
Monika isn't the most talkative now, but tries to be nice to her friends and pretends to be happier!
A week passes!
Monika is visibly getting sadder everyday! She sometimes refuses to help her friends!
Eventually she ignores her friends completely, they only bring some cheap food for her now!
Monika eats it like it's a chore!
Eventually Monika stops eating as often!
Monika isn't even cleaning herself!


Monika laying on the couch lazily as usual!
Watching TV to keep the bad thoughts away!
Suddenly electricity goes out!
Monika is now left with nothing but her thoughts now!
She starts thinking to herself about everything she's done!
She starts contemplating why she even cheated with Anon, a man who loved her with all his heart!
Monika mentally punching herself for cheating with her loved one!
Monika wondering where it all began!

Life was pretty rough for the couple. Their quality of life wasn't great, and both of them had little to no time for each other.
Both of them were hard at work almost the entire week. There she met Dave, her future lover. They were going pretty well together.
After a few years of living with Anon and realising that relationships aren't as simple as she imagined, she became less and less obsessed with someone who she once had wet dreams of. Dave had a higher position than her in the company she was working for, and obviously made more money than her, and maybe even Anon combined. Both of them soon after started flirting with each other when they were at work. One time D a v e  managed to convince their boss to give both of them a day off.
That's when it happened.

Monika contemplating why she even left the virtual world in the first place, if all she bringed in was gonna be more misery and sadness for all!
Monika contemplating suicide, thinking to herself that she is completely worthless!
Monika thinking that she is nothing more than a traitorous bitch!
Monika blaming herself for the death of her loved one and the pressure it must've put on her friends!
Monika deciding to end the suffering she brought on herself!
Monika going to the local hardware store to buy a rope, first time she left her house in a while!
The store keeper is visibly surprised, but tries his best to keep his mouth shut!
Monika going to her bedroom, the same one her husband killed himself!
Monika tying the knot!
Monika hangs herself, although screws up the process and slowly strangles herself to death.
Later she is found by Natsuki and Yuri.
She is buried next to (You)r grave.
