background: The girl was born and raised in Seoul her whole life, living a typical life girls her age did. But then her parents divorced when she was 7 and her mother later remarries to a man the girl hates to the bones. And her father has disappeared since. His disappearance made the girl realize that no one would truly stay for her since even her father left her. She was also used to being the youngest child but when she was 10, her mother gave birth to another kid who stole her spot as the maknae. Ever since, she's been an overlooked middle child who mostly relied on her friends but because of her usual tough but carefree attitudes, nobody really believed the girl needed to be taken care of so Byul didn't try to change that mindset of theirs. Instead, she tried to live up to it as if her whole life is about laughing and beating up boys. Popular friend wise due to her outgoing nature, but that's only because the girl really hates being alone. She hates unwanted attention as well but will never say no to meeting new people. Plus it was always fun to learn new things through these people. The girl doesn't get attached which is why its so easy for her to chat up a storm with someone and then leave without ever looking behind. She doesn't want to let anyone too into her life to give them the opportunity to hurt her like her parents' divorce did to her.

At first glance, she's the kind of girl that keeps a party going or least tries to anyways Extroverted, she gains energy through social interactions so her sparking random conversations with the others around her was definitely not out of the ordinary. The girl can even make friends while waiting for the bus in the morning and has a foolish grin on her face most of the day. Carefree and optimistic, there's always the bright side to look at something and Byul can make a joke out of everything. With the inability to take anything seriously, she can come off as insensitive or uncaring to others which is true to an extent. Because the girl herself hates being alone, would always strike up talk with others she sees by themselves since she believes they wouldn't want that either. Friendly and open, the girl never hides behind false pretenses which makes others feel comfortable around her easily, especially with the fact that she's always laughing. Due to her honest nature, she can't tell when people are lying to her, a gullible and childish little one. Much like that of a child, she's easily amused, easily amazed, and her feelings can be hurt easily, especially by constructive criticism although the girl would never let anyone see that had that effect on her. She hides her real problems behind her dramatic antics and carefree disposition of the world. The girl never starts the fight since no one is that important to her to have that effect on her but if anyone swings their fist at her, would most likely end up at the hospital. The girl don't play with assholes. The girl also has an insatiable thirst for adventure and is curious about everything in life so she always likes to learn, just not in school or work settings. She likes to see new things and experience new things herself, always looking for an adventure so she can be very spontaneous, jumping into everything without a second thought.

Byul is also the kind of girl that others forget is actually a girl. With a strong personality and uncontrollable spunk, the girl doesn't take shit from anyone. The girl likes to do whatever the hell she wants, say whatever she wants, whenever she wants. Not really the type to listen to anyone either, she's rebellious and willful. Even if she asks for someone's opinion, will most likely not even take it. She is stubborn to a god damn fault where even the ending of the world won't make her budge. Byul is basically a fucking rock when it comes to her opinions. Likes to walk on the never traveled path, Byul is always up for going against the crowd. This is also probably why she's so rebellious and has no regards to the law. The girl's pride is as high as the heavens so she hates to lose, especially in arguments. Because of that, she's excellent at finding loopholes in what everyone says. Boyish and rowdy, it's easy for you to hear her ten miles away and she's quite shameless in the fact that she does things girls won't even fathom doing. Vulgar and violent as well, is quick to flex her arms and legs. You'd never hear the girl say one sentence without there being some type of profanity in it and when she's pissed off, drops the f bomb after every other word. She has the mouth of a sailor when the boat is sinking. She's a reckless person that seems nearly incapable of the word think since she's always plunging head first into things without any regards to the repercussions that it will bring. She is very short tempered when it comes to those she's close with since she has more expectations of them. As it's very very very very hard for the girl to get attached to anyone, the people she chose to be in her life can disappoint her more easily than the others. Although Byul is honest about everything, finds it very hard to relay her deepest emotions like hurt and or pain in fear that she will come off as weak. how did you meet: they were both clubbing and at a moment where both drank more than they could handle, hooked up. hoseok was the one who woke up first the next morning and had gotten a good look at his companion last night, letting out a smirk at her naked body before leaving. she wakes up shortly after and if not for the abandoned condom in the corner, would most likely not even know what happened, laughing to herself that she didn't even get to see which hottie she fucked last night.

interaction - When Hoseok meets the girl again, he's trying to flirt with her and make passes about how he had a lot of fun the other night but Byul wouldn't understand him. Instead, she just thinks he wants to fuck and will go with it- which the boy doesn't object when the girl presses her body to his. Ever since, the two hook up occasionally since both are attractive and both like to just have fun and run with life. Through all the banging sessions, they become friends, occasionally acting like a couple minus the strings attached. More of like an open relationship, the two are free to hook up and meet with whoever they want but can always count on the other to be around when they're feeling lonely. They always have stories to tell each other, getting lost in the night with laughter and jokes if they weren't busy dancing between the sheets. beg: In the beginning stages, Hoseok constantly flirts with Byul but the girl never really understood his intentions which gets the boy kind of frustrated. He didn't buy it and for a while thought the girl just didn't want any association with him because he's used goods to her. That assumption changes when he straight forwardly says "you wanna hang out in my bed tonight?" and byul shows up. After the sex, Hoseok brings up how she was pretending to not know him but the girl was just confused. Through some more conversation, he finds out the girl didn't remember their first night but before he could process the slight hurt of his ego, the girl was already gone and out his apartment doors. Though she did leave behind her number for if ever wanted to hook up again.

mid: friends with benefits, the two still fuck but instead of one party leaving right after the hot session, they make jokes, ask stupid questions and have a little fun. whether it's cooking together or just exploring, they like being in companionship with someone and they knew the other could be counted on to not get too attached. The two start to do a lot of things together and Hoseok sometimes lets out his romantic side to her unintentionally. "What the fuck are you trying to do," Byul quirks an eyebrow at the bunch of
"bushes" (they were actually flowers tho the girl refers to them as bushes/grass) so to save himself, hoseok would say he was trying to see what would help him get the girl. "I'm not the best candidate to try that on man. Do it normal girls."

how do you guys get caught: Hoseok has let the others known about his new fuckbuddy since he was expecting her to be just that. But when he starts to fall for the girl yet lies to himself that he doesn't, the other boys see how often he's "hooking up" with her. They realize the change of attitude the boy had around other girls - no longer a full time flirt and start to decipher that there was more to their FWB relationship than Hoseok lets on. So the boys decided to run an experiment, kidnapping the girl to see how Hoseok would react. The boy nearly went crazy and might have killed Minhyuk under the mask if the other boys didn't hold him back. Now he had to choose the boys or Byul. Despite the other boys having a girl under the low, they didn't want the others to find out and went with what they should really do, making an example out of Hoseok and Byul.

- hoseok comes down with a flu but byul is feeling horny and visits him at his apartment. she sees his sick state but still tries to have sex with him. "having sex lowers the cold, didn't you know that?" the two does have sex and hoseok's cold goes away the next day but byul is the one with a cold now. hoseok laughs at the girl before taking care of her for the day by making her porridge and seeing her whiny, childish side for the first time. although tiring to take care of the childlike girl, he enjoys every minute of it as he laughs at her expressions and weak state.

- hoseok wondering to himself if he should confess to byul and makes passes at her instead to try and guess if the girl has feelings for him. he didn't want to get hurt, especially not by the first girl he wants to be serious with. byul doesn't understand whatever he's saying about boyfriends and him being boyfriend material but does make the comment that she'll never see any guy who wants anymore than just sex with her. hoseok buries his feelings ever since.

- byul is leaving a night club with another one night stand but hoseok runs into them. he looks at the boy half carrying the drunk girl and doesn't get a good feeling. "do you want something bro?" hoseok looks at the boy who was giving him the stink eye and laughs, "looks like someone's getting it tonight." hoseok and the boy fist bumps but as the boy continues to carry byul away, hoseok turns back around to catch up to them. "i meant me, not you." long story short, the boys got into a fist fight but hoseok came out on top and brought the girl to his house for a night's sleep.

- both byul and hoseok has gotten lucky for the day, each with a partner around their arms when they run into each other. they pretend they don't know each other as they go on their way but when night comes, turns out both ditched their partners of the day. hoseok ditching his girl cause she was getting annoying and byul ditching the boy with her cause she felt bored. the two then hang out together at the night supermarket

- hoseok eyes the girl from head to toe and grimaces as he analyses what the girl is wearing. in an attempt to turn the girl into some walkway model, the girl ended up stealing his clothes and boxers to wear instead cause the boy set her "rags" on fire.

- byul tries to make a pass at the robot-like shownu and gets him as far as into the bed when hoseok walks in on them.

How were you guys able to keep it a secret? Because there was no relationship that needed to be kept a secret. We have no attachment to each other and if either of our gang decides that we need to take each other out, none of us would hesitate.

Do you still love him in the end? Byul freezes up at the question, her nonchalance for the other questions taking a turn. She sits in silence, wondering the question to herself, does she still love him? Did she ever love him? She thinks back to all the moments they had (outside the sheets) and realizes something for the first time. He was important to her. More important than she ever realized. And once she consider's someone loyal, she'll be their ride or die. But she knows what would happen if she said the truth now, staring defiantly into the questioner's eyes. "I love him like I would toward an abandoned animal on the streets on a pouring day."
