2.- Psychological violence: That which causes emotional damage and decreased self-esteem or hurts and disturbs full personal development or looking to degrade or control their actions, behaviors, beliefs and decisions by
threats,
harassment,
restrictions,
humiliation,
disgrace ,
discrediting,
isolation,
manipulation.
It also includes scapegoating,
constant vigilance,
demand for obedience,
submission,
verbal coercion,
persecution,
insult,
indifference,
neglect,
excessive jealousy,
blackmail,
ridiculing,
exploitation,
limitation of freedom of movement
or any other means which would be harmful to their psychological health and self-determination.

f) Media Violence against women: that publication or broadcasting of messages and stereotyped images through any mass media, so that directly or indirectly promotes the exploitation of women or their images,
libels,
defames,
discrimine,
disgraces,
humiliates
or violates

the dignity of women, as well as the utilisation of women, adolescents and girls in pornographic messages and images, legitimizing unequal treatment or build social and cultural patterns of inequality or generate violence against women.
