On that hill, alone, stands Dura Levante. Regent of Providence. Lady of Resolve.

This Deft Azulan is slight of build with a strong jaw, protruding tusks, and pointed ears. Her dark green skin is a veritable mess of scar tissue from swathes of injuries - from bullet holes, to bite marks, to lightning strikes, to burns.
<br/>
<br/>
She visibly cares little for ornamentation, with simple leather armor decorated with traces of silver in stylized wind patterns being the only real trace of 'finery' to her name.
<br/>
<br/>
Despite her lofty titles and any notoriety, she is dressed simply, practically. She also doesn't appear to carry any kind of weapon. Her right arm fashioned of crystal, however, and a few other smaller gemstones that protrude from patches of her flesh. Some smaller ones even dot the sides of her neck and throat like a parasitic growth.

There is no obvious symbol of her station. Instead, pinned behind her left ear are two flowers. One a lotus blossom, once seen on the Lord Demetri Olym. The other is a pink carnation. Their stems are intertwined.
