After viewing part I and II, I found this to be a well produced contemporary war drama. In my opinion, the devoutly Christian aspect of the characters detracts severely from the telling of a good story. I am sure it will leave secular viewers like myself feeling like you do when your company softball team captain asks everyone to bow their heads in prayer before the game as if we are all "good Christians" or at least respectful heathens. Should I assume that Nat Geo is now the Christ Channel?
