  4. 1 large bag of hash brown potatoes (2-lb. Size)
  5. ½ cup chopped green onion
  6. 1 stick of butter (melted)
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  10. 1 – 8 oz. container of sour cream
  11. 2 cups grated cheddar
  12. 2 cups slightly crushed Corn Flakes

  17. Place frozen hash browns in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle onions, salt and pepper over potatoes and pour half of the butter over it. Heat and mix the soup, sour cream and cheese and pour over the potatoes. Top with the corn flakes, which have been mixed with the remaining butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
