- Ingredients:
- 1 large bag of hash brown potatoes (2-lb. Size)
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 – 8 oz. container of sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 2 cups slightly crushed Corn Flakes
- Place frozen hash browns in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle onions, salt and pepper over potatoes and pour half of the butter over it. Heat and mix the soup, sour cream and cheese and pour over the potatoes. Top with the corn flakes, which have been mixed with the remaining butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
