At the last second, Dovin extended his right hand to unleash a tiny thopter that shocked Vraska with enough juice to stagger her. Still her sword came down, slicing off that extended hand. Baan screamed and grabbed his bleeding wrist with his remaining hand. A stunned Vraska collapsed over the bench. Baan stepped back and raised his leg to kick Vraska off the ledge and into the lava.
