brothers installation guide

"The Brothers" is an elusive target never released officially by IOI, so it is a bit harder to get to work.
**Will take estimated 20-30 minutes to install**

1. Click on https://rdil.rocks/assets/prepatched-negroni/packagedefinition.txt to download a new custom packagedefinition file.

2. Find your Runtime folder. Example: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\HITMAN3\Runtime
Replace the packagedefinition.txt file in here with the one you downloaded in step 1.
**Note you will have to repeat steps 1, 2, 4, and 5 every game update if you want to keep playing "The Brothers" ET.**  Game updates will reset both your package definition file and *all* chunks to the original state, which won't work when trying to load this ET.

3. Go to https://www.notex.app/rpkg and click on "Download latest build". Extract the contents of the downloaded zip file, and then open up the "rpkg" Application. If prompted about "updating your current hash list", press OK.

4. Go to "Import" on upper left corner of rpkg application, then "Import RPKGs Folder". Then, select your Runtime folder (refer to step 2 if you forgot where it is).

5. On the left panel, click on the first file that ends has the "chunkXpatchY.rpkg" format, for example "chunk0patch1.rpkg". On the right pane, if there is the message "0 deleted items", then leave it alone.

If it has a list of deleted items, then click on "Edit patch deletion list", then "Remove all", then "Save changes to deletion list". This will take a few seconds, there will be a popup notification when the patch list is done editing. Do not tick the "Backup RPKG file" option, as it will slow down your computer a lot.

6. Repeat step 5, continue editing patch lists until all the "chunkXpatchY.rpkg" files show "0 deleted items" on the right pane when clicked. **This may take a good 15-20 minutes, have patience.**

7. Assuming you already installed the Peacock Elusive Targets Plugin, just open the game with Peacock as you would normally and you should be able to play The Brothers now. If you don't have Peacock Elusive Targets Plugin installed, read this guide: https://www.speedrun.com/hitman_3_et/guide/jeka9

If your game crashes, review step 6 and make sure all the "chunkXpatchY.rpkg" files show "0 deleted items" on the right pane when clicked.
